It's flashchat! It's like IRC, but a million times slower, a million times more likely to crash, and with fewer features. If we had an IRC channel, I might use that, but all we have is flashchat!
He didn't even make up that joke. I've heard people refer to that at school and/or on the bus. I think they said it was from some TV show or something, maybe South Park?
Hello, and welcome. I hope you like it here.
What, flashchat? I avoid that because it's an unnecessary reimplemenation of IRC, but slower, more bloated, and with fewer features. If we had an IRC channel I might use that, but not flashchat.
That, sir, was a horrible greeting.
If I added more dots to it, then it would break!
Well, actually, there are two similar patterns with more dots that would work, but at least for now I'd rather keep this one.
Hello!
No, your joke was not too cruel. And no, I did not mistake it for a non-joke; I mean, it even had a :p after it.
When I don't respond, that usually just means I haven't bothered to respond. If I take offense to a joke, I'll usually just say something like "No. Bad joke." or "Please...
I think the chameleon effect may have been misexplained. (Or maybe I'm the one who's wrong.)
One example is, when you see a particularly awkward moment on TV, you feel embarrassed yourself.
Great! Now I'm just waiting for Lor to log back on and read my PM so I can get something besides the title. Somehow I didn't get any of the actually useful powers.
Aagh! The avatar, too?
I can cope with avatar changes by looking at the username, and I can cope with name changes by looking at the avatar. Change them one at a time, please!
Oh, well. I'll probably get over it in a few days.
You explained it wrong! You basically told her that her opinions are based on her opinions rather than logic.
Feeling, like Thinking, is a decision-making process. Gah, I don't know how to explain this very well.
Decaf!
Welcome.
About how long have you been lurking here? How thoroughly have you lurked? Any particular reason you decided to post?
You don't have to answer, just wondering.
No, by definition, INTP = dominant Ti with secondary Ne. Even if that does imply that the next two functions are Si and Fe, that is not inherent in the definition.
You haven't seen that joke before? You really haven't been paying attention, have you?
No, NoID10ts is the Forum Idiot. Perseus is the forum's resident lunatic.
Ehh, I'm not so sure about all that. Yes, INTPs are some of the most likely people to bring about change, but there are others. I mean, all Ns to some extent, and especially NPs.
There are different ways to bring about change.
That's another thing I like about my school. Everyone takes the MBTI (the official MBTI) freshman year, so I can just ask them what they got without asking them to take it.
Of course, a lot of people forget their results before sophomore year, but still...
