Having tried almost the full gamut, I think that there is one clearly best partner for INTPs and that is the INFJ (Skylark and other pretty birds).

Well that would be true if I was a strong INTP. But as my XNXP is really my type I am very keen to retreat to my barrow like the Dragon (INFP).

The worst are the NightMARES (ESFJ) and the Bear Artisan (ISTP) was a big disaster. All Guardians and Artisans should be avoided. The manipulations of the Panda (ISTP variant) can be fatal.

ESFJs of both sexes are best avoided altogether. The Pony girl is best refused ???

You should be aware that the INTP replies rationally to criticism and does not get jokes. This is sometimes called the Clown Prince behaviour.
