Re: Face is...
I think thats the beauty of this forum. if all of us were in a room in real life, chances are we would all first form groups based around our ages.
half the people that I talk to here would probably never engage me at the same level in real life because of how young I am.
lol i know what it means, i was just reading the definition he gave us
and to answer the original question, i dont know if other people describe me as it, but I would certainly describe myself as aloof.
maybe the only reason I say no is because i never got to the max level. my parents deemed the game"destructive" to my well-being, so level 80 still has some allure to me
im okay with that. humanity is vastly overrated. nevertheless, i do recognize an insult. maybe you wouldnt mind elaborating a bit instead of throwing meaningless phrases around
music is something of a difficulty in that no one has the exact same taste. tekton does it justice though, just start at what you already like, however small that selection may be, and you will inevitably expand from there. if you really want suggestions:
POP: tears for fears, massive attack...
heroes got too cliche for me to enjoy it. it just seemed that "save the world" plotline kept getting recycled.
I personally enjoy scrubs. its emotionally light, and the humor is witty
haha some kid told me today that swine fever will kill you in 2 weeks. i didnt buy it for a second, but then everyone else started to make it out like it's an epidemic.
just goes to show that people love panic, or at least the spread of it.
oh right: when those close to you complain that...
snowqueen: i feel its necessary to point out that the most thorough summary of his experiment is entitled "Personality Destruction" and is in the INTP section. this thread was much more prevalent as opposed to what he wrote in handmade; something I didnt even know existed until friday.
for...
haha i do this alot with longer posts. i goto the last paragraph in hopes to find a concise summary, and then skim back up through the rest and pick out the most interesting paragraphs and read those.
huh. I think I understand your experiment more and more with each post about it you make.
once again, good job with XIII2. I'll go more in depth later about how I feel about things in specific.
P.S. I feel as though I should say that one of my main objectives was to try and help people avoid...
hmm, ill go with...
Tears for Fears
Massive Attack
Blink 182
Sublime
and... New Order, I suppose (cant think of anything thats affected me more right now)
I am still in high school like dynamic mind, but I already know I'm going to go into the video game industry. being a game designer is my ideal job right now
Dissolved Girl, by Massive Attack
it wouldnt stop playing in my head for like 2 weeks. no complaints though, i love massive attack, especially that album (Mezzanine). they transcend any other music ive heard so far
okay, I thought of something a little more concrete (it's a little along the lines of what snowqueen said) :
last year, one of my best friends, me, and this girl we both knew pretty well but was a grade higher than us were all hanging out after school. she was talking to us, and ended her...
hmm, it seems my wording was a bit ambiguous
the experiment by XIII is being done for his benefit alone. i am under the impression that this new persona is part of the overall experiment, but unrelated to any of the tarots. XIII stated himself that he didnt want to dwell on the ideas brought...
in response to a petition, and more importantly, complaints that he isnt believable with being ENFP. ill repost this because i feel it ought to stay:
somehow i dont see it being beneficial in any way if everyone is in on it. you might think youre clever (you in general) that you "figured it...
listening to some good music
it probably wont change your mood, but at least make you content with it. this helps me because i know happiness isnt one of my short term goals
I decide to stay off this forum for a measly 5 hours, and now I dont even recognize the damn place
EDIT: overstatement. I was just overwhelmed with Crimson_Knight's upheaval of the lounge. and not to mention XIII's upheaval of himself
I wouldnt necessarily say "discriminate", but if you had the choice between someone who completed High School with straight A's, or someone with a near-perfect-score GED, who would you pick based solely on that?
I think you're making too many assumptions, Carnap. The fact that I brought it up doesnt insinuate that I myself, or anyone else here is a frequent user on those type of sites.
I happened to discover these sites a few weeks back, and was merely curious as to how other people felt about them...
