I have an ability to understand people but I don't think I ever emphasis with others. For instances I am usually never angry at people. I know that it circumstances that lead to the situation but if something bad happened to someone I hardly ever feel sad for them.

Criminal Punishment servers three purposes; justice, rehabilitation and deterrent. Based on his crimes justice should be no less than life. The other two factors don't contribute to the length of the sentence any more.

It's balanced though. Sure it could kill person without aiming but then that person has no bullets and has to wait to reload. It also can't hit people close range. Stop complaining.

I play tdm mostly on COD4 on PC. My friends have black ops on 360 so I sometimes play there but I dislike the balanced nature. Got a pretty good ratio about 1.7. Looking forward to Battlefield 3 more than the next CoD honestly.

Depending on your age it might be hormones. When I was about 12-13 I couldn't sleep at all. Also try something extremely active during the day, no comp for 2 hours before you go to bed and try the basics of just slow breathing. If everything fails just do it more harder.
