I think you should look into the differences between Fi and Fe. I don't pretend to understand Fi at all, but Fe is so blatant that I think it should relatively easy to tell if you have it. I mean, even with Fe as my lowest function, I did a good amount of crying in elementary school.

Actually, a lot of my recharging involves hanging out with other people. Although I think the greater pattern is that I just need to get out of my rut (which usually involves me sitting home alone). Staying in a routine for too long wears down on me psychologically.

Realize that thinking about it is the enemy. Stop thinking, open up the assignment, and start working on it. You know it's usually not that bad once you've started. If applicable, you can also schedule some time with other people to work on it. This pretty much ensures that you won't procrastinate.
