In my uber-stressed blur I forgot to acknowledge your sinewy post.
But sounds about right. I always trained for strength and endurance, not mass. Getting toned, shaped and cut reflects strength and low body fat. For one so lean, our Lara isn't showing toned deep muscle bellies. But she does reflect a certain type of young woman out there.
It's actually really hard to grow muscle mass without the genetic predisposition. Or vet steroids.
(Next time I meet a female champion archer, maybe I'll ask to squeeze her arms )
I had what I like to think of as an IB moment yesterday:
