But sounds about right. I always trained for strength and endurance, not mass. Getting toned, shaped and cut reflects strength and low body fat. For one so lean, our Lara isn't showing toned deep muscle bellies. But she does reflect a certain type of young woman out there.
It's actually really hard to grow muscle mass without the genetic predisposition. Or vet steroids.
