When people just dont get what you mean, when you wonder if your logic is too sophisticated or you are just crazy?
Emotional communication... It does become a challenge at times. Most people dont really seem to get how I really feel, mostly the 'good' doesnt go across as much I wish it did.
Ever had the question asked: "Whats wrong?" When everything was right and you Were happy? well these nuisances can be annoying at times.

I took the test and got INFJ when I was 15, I thought the description was totally spot on and was amazed. Then I got INTP for a while, probably because I was more or less socially phobic and overreliant on tertiary Ti, as well as bitter and pissed of at being forced to attend the pointless upper secondary school where I learned less than I did on my freetime by just reading about random stuff.

Okay this has reinforced the notion that I am an INTP because I have written paragraphs before and abruptly made the decision to delete the content of the argument because of doubt or uncertainty of the logic behind my argument; if my argument or statement isn't composed of completely sound logic I have to rewrite.

Income: My job title is "District Technologist." Basically, I fix things like computers and printers as well as help implement technology solutions for a public school district. Quite the accomplishment. It required forcing myself to constantly focus on my environment, learning to be organized, and learning to be able to small talk. There were some very painful lessons in the process. I am thankful I could adapt.
Also, brilliant for developing S and J tendencies. You'll see this reflected in some of my hobbies.

What is the most difficult part of being an INTP?

I love people. Quite severely. I deeply enjoy spending time with them, listening to their ideas, and watching them grow...

But, alas, the majority of their thinking is in err and in opposition to the rules of logic or debate. Too much time in the presence of most people and my own ability to reason is derailed.

That, and I make statements that hurt people and drive them away from me unintentionally even though I mean very well when I say them. I AM JUST USING Ti TO TRY AND HELP!

An online friend (INTP) introduced me to MBTI and some of the online tests. After a few months I settled on INFJ. I originally tested as INFP, because the distinctions between J/P more often than not seem to be about how often I tidy up my desk (never).

I was bored while waiting for water to boil and started Googling MBTI forums.

For the longest time I thought I was an INFJ or INTJ. It just recently dawned on me that I was indeed an INTP. I've never had a hardcore interest in INTP, but the reflection of myself I see when watching other INTP's is insane, I've never really felt that with other types I guess?
