Why did you pick your name?

That was in my 6 month late intro thread. It was originally Hat Wearing MAN when I was getting a feel for the forum, but then I forgot the password and changed my name to Alias. I think I had a dream involving someone from the INTP forum, but I can't remember who.

Why did you pick your name?

I'm pretty sure I've said this before, but because I like how it sounds, and because it fits well with my favorite Team Fortress 2 character, Spy. It's nowhere near similar to my real name, so good luck trying to find my name from here.

I play Spy a lot, and Medic too. I love Spy's gameplay. It's all tricky, and certain playstyles get into the enemy's head, while others just confuse and annoy them. Medic is my second best, then Scout. Pizzabeak, I'd really recommend picking it up soon. It's been getting a ton of fun updates...

The Inferior, other things, and my sort of OktoberFEst

I do, I do. Unlike an ISTP she dated who went on a dating binge to record a ton of info for his friends. He actually hates all the drama that comes with EXFXs and stuff. He can give relationship advice like a pro. I commend him for the strategy, but it's kind of exploitive. Thanks for all the...

The Inferior, other things, and my sort of OktoberFEst

No problem. With Jung's Cognitive functions, he assigns each type a set. There are 8 functions. Fe, Fi, Te, Ti, Ne, Ni, Se, Si. A type's inferior is the last of the four they use. A type's dominant is the first. INTPs and ISTPs use Ti. ENFJs and ESFJs use Fe. INFJs and INTJs use Ni. And so on...

Weird eccentric INTP stuff you do

I space out for quite a while. Sometimes it takes me a bit to register that someone wants to talk to me. And if they're annoying or have very little to say, I go back to Intuitive dreamland. I predict the future just a few seconds before. Even if the event is random, like a name from a hat or a...

The Inferior, other things, and my sort of OktoberFEst

It has been quite a while since I've ever made a thread myself. So here we are. Let me first establish that I'm semi-skeptical about functions perfectly correlating with MBTI. However, I find Dominant and Inferior functions to make a ton of sense, as opposed to the shakier Auxiliary and...

Keirsey tactical vs strategic: S(P) vs NT and IQ

Re: Keirsey tactical vs stragedic: S(P) vs NT and IQ I usually think about tactics vs. strategy. Tactics would be techniques, like firing skill. Strategy is a plan, a process. Tactics uses the root tact, meaning physical and hands-on. Strategy uses strata, meaning categories and...

Cool, someone else who thinks well of the INTP-ENFJ coupling. Welcome to the forum! I hope you enjoy your stay. I think the ENFJ couple is just as good as if not better than INFJ. From my experience, I'd much prefer an ENFJ over searching all over for the elusive INFJ. I like MBTI just because...

Why was Harry Potter such a successful book?

The reason is magic, of course! I'd like to see why it's terribly written, aside from the fact that it's a children's book series. I fins it really cool how small details fit into the plot way later on. And the series grows up with the reader. The characters are usually great, like Snape and...
