Hmm. To be completely honest I don't know what else to say save that yet another INTP has joined these glorious ranks as a mere fledgling. I have for some months skirted around the edges reading all the threads and posts but have now decided to attempt to make some comprehensible posts in reply.

This place will probably end up being a place to send my much needed time that probably should be used on life but oh well not much happens there of note. My interests seem to few and far between and if I do find something I maybe enjoy I tend to burn out on it after some time. I do hope that this time the Ember lasts longer on this forum.

With time I hope to prove the disparagingly made title of this thread to be wrong but until then....

I thank you and must say I agree that they need more love - based on personal experience. I'm pretty sure that this is my first name that begins with an E. I was however pretty surprised that no one else had thought to use it though.

I was reading INTP & ENTP focus enhancers that Architect had made and then towards the end Blaksun360 made an interesting point - if on purpose or not I don't know as it wasn't really related to what was being discussed - but it was more or less to the effect of - Who controls your thoughts. However I don't think it's good to continue here so I'll post this in the philosophy forum. I don't know if it belongs there or not though. It'll probably end up being another goddamn free will debate though.


I do however enjoy being welcomed so don't shy away....

I was partially joking, but also partly Sir Eus. 90% honestly, the recent free will debates are all pretty thought-singeing and a little too hot to handle. Mostly just because it seems like you have to guess the perspective of the terminology each person uses because it seems like the same word means two very different things in two different posts. And if you misinterpret it, your response can be pretty emberassing.

Yeah it basically becomes an argument of semantics which while fun for a bit of time quickly grows bothersome and annoying as you cannot actually prove depending one side or the other as it is just a matter of how you interpret free will and whatnot.
