I'm not sure if squash counts as a vegetable, but that's my answer. I don't really like vegetables. Lol

Would you rather have bread for a head or cheese for legs?

Well, if my head was made of bread, I would not be alive, but if my legs were made of cheese I wouldn't actually be able to walk since there are no nerves or muscles in cheese. I probably would prefer not to live in that instance so I'll go with the bread-head.

Will you answer all questions honesty, without avoiding or dodging what we're really asking?

in retrospect, would you have rather opened this thread on typology central, a forum full of sociable curious people, or do you like to get your attention (no judgement implied) the hard way?

Above me are a lot of important unanswered questions. Are you going to return and answer them in a timely manner? Do you now still feel as brave as you did when you made your original post?

If you don't return after a reasonable time period of our own specification, are we going to have to send someone out there to carry you back here?

what question do you deeply wish someone would ask you..?

I do not have any deep desires for any certain question from this community. But, there is this girl in my physics class whom I wish would ask me if she would like to hang out outside of class. I will probably be asking her sometime this next week though if I can find time in my schedule.

If you tell us what question you deeply wish to be asked, do I have permission to ask it? Or should someone else?
The answer I gave implies that someone else should ask it. Haha.

If you could have sex with only one girl in the world, who would it be?
I suppose it would be the girl that I find myself with in my next relationship. I can't afford to think so far into the future since things change so unpredictably, so I must only answer these questions for the present moment. If I knew that I could only have sex with this one girl, then I better make it work.

If you could kill one person, without consequences or anyone even ever knowing. Who would it be?
I could not live with myself if I had ever killed a person for no reason. I am not one to hide the truth, so I best be justified in my actions. I feel like not telling the truth makes you weak since you are avoiding all of the other problems. It could also mess with your psyche.

Will you answer all questions honesty, without avoiding or dodging what we're really asking?
I will try my best. Especially since we are all mostly anonymous, it really doesn't matter what you know about me. I suppose I will not give you my S.S.N. and other information like that.

in retrospect, would you have rather opened this thread on typology central, a forum full of sociable curious people, or do you like to get your attention (no judgement implied) the hard way?

Above me are a lot of important unanswered questions. Are you going to return and answer them in a timely manner? Do you now still feel as brave as you did when you made your original post?

I will reply to the questions as timely as I can. During the week, I am much more busy with school and work, but I will do what I can.

If you don't return after a reasonable time period of our own specification, are we going to have to send someone out there to carry you back here?

You do not dictate the time periods since I have only committed to answering questions. That means the time specifications are up to me, so no. I will be here according to my own specifications meaning that no one will have to carry me back here for the specified times (which are not so specified). ;) Haha.

What transitions occur in the friction of graphite-based materials as they are subjected to progressively increasing loads and speeds?

So basically you are asking what delta Fr (the change in friction) is when graphite-based materials are pressed harder onto something while increasing speed. Delta Fr = The Friction Coefficient multiplied by (final perpendicular force - the initial perpendicular force). I might be wrong so don't take this as the right answer if you are doing homework or something.

I may be an ISTP and wolverine has that same personality according to some sites. I also think his character reflects who I am deep on the inside since I am always prepared to fight, but will never start it.

Not homework, actual work.
Not so much the change in friction, as whether there is a point where the friction suddenly changes. Although it is actually very complicated and depends on a lot of things such as temperature and humidity. There's plenty of scientific literature on the subject but it's near impossible getting any straight answers out of it. :storks:

I'm not sure I fully understand the context of being built into a skyscraper. Does that mean they use me as a piece of the skyscraper or do I become the skyscraper?

Does it upset you that your bladder doesn't seem to take part in the joy of living?
No, I do not feel empathy for organs. Lol.

Of course I pick my nose. Should I just leave them in there? Haha.
The most serious accident I've been in is when I broke my leg playing football.
I am 21.
Nice try.

Will you answer any question truthfully?

Would you spend half a day learning the answer to a question?

I will answer based off my knowledge and what I can deduce from it. I will not be spending too much time looking things up unless I find the subject interesting. I will intend to answer every question as truthfully as possible unless you are asking my S.S.N. or bank account number like I said earlier.

Why do I get ISTP vibe from your avatar? You're an INTP, aren't you? I wonder what it might be associated with to me.
Yes. Why did you pick that avatar? Did you pick it on a lark or to match something you had in mind?

You have one match, and are trapped in a cold dark room, you have an Oil lamp, a gas heater and a gas stove, which one do you light first if all of them have to be lit?

You have 80 potatoes. You take the potatoes and divide them by half then add 6, multiplied by 5. How many potatoes do you have?

How many digits of pi can you list?

There are three turds in your yard. The dog comes and eats one turd, and then throws it up, and then a cat eats that vomit and poops out vomit. How many turds are there?

What is the quadratic formula?

Those are excellent questions. I wonder how Milo will handle them? May I try?
You have one match, and are trapped in a cold dark room, you have an Oil lamp, a gas heater and a gas stove, which one do you light first if all of them have to be lit?
Oil lamp I guess. Why must all be lit?

You have 80 potatoes. You take the potatoes and divide them by half then add 6, multiplied by 5. How many potatoes do you have?
Add 6 of what? Not potatoes as I have only 80. If I eat one, does that change the answer?
How many digits of pi can you list?
How many can I or how many do I want to? I don't want to list any.
There are three turds in your yard. The dog comes and eats one turd, and then throws it up, and then a cat eats that vomit and poops out vomit. How many turds are there?
You didn't say if the cat eats only the vomit or the turd as well. It's all confusing. I'm going to have to visualize this. I may need more experience as my cat only sniffs, and is a fussy eater.

What is the quadratic formula?
"The" quadratic formula? I wasn't aware. There should be many. Why be so biased as to select one?

No, it is Labor Day, so I have class off. I'm not sure exactly what I'm going to do yet since I have very little time and commute from my parents house to save money... But I really want to ask her out.

We were in a lab group together this last Friday and we just got to talking a lot. She also seems to be very smart while attractive and modestly dressed. I don't really like girls who dress to show most of their body. I mean, I think it is hot, but I could never see a relationship work out with someone like that. Also, I believe it is because we are working together, that sort of automatically makes me consider her as we get to know each other.

You have one match, and are trapped in a cold dark room, you have an Oil lamp, a gas heater and a gas stove, which one do you light first if all of them have to be lit?

The match.

You have 80 potatoes. You take the potatoes and divide them by half then add 6, multiplied by 5. How many potatoes do you have?

(80/(1/2)+6)5=830

How many digits of pi can you list?

3.141592653589793

There are three turds in your yard. The dog comes and eats one turd, and then throws it up, and then a cat eats that vomit and poops out vomit. How many turds are there?
Well, if vomit isn't a turd, then 2?

What is the quadratic formula?
-b plus/minus the sqare root of (b sqared - 4ac) all over 2a

The match.
Now why didn't I see that? I mean that as a question. Sometimes I see those things and sometimes not. Is it luck? Giving up too early? Apparently there is something that allows one to look outside the box sometimes and sometimes something closes off one's mind.

If you think this is just a matter of simple intelligence, I say it's a universal limitation. "Why didn't I think of that?" Ever seen the New Yorker cartoon contest? They give you a wild cartoon and you are supposed to think of an appropriate caption. I try and fail. Then they publish people's answers and 70 percent of the time the answers are terrific.

I know I shot the Sherrif. But who shot the deputy ?!.......

If you are referring to Bob Marley's song. It was supposed to be in the POV of a man who claimed being falsely accused of shooting a deputy and only shooting the sheriff in self-defense. In any case, if you didn't shoot the deputy, I would have to say it was someone else. Haha.

Days to live / 7 = Day of the week I will die on (r means remainder).

So just divide infinity by 7.

Edit: By the way it only works for today. Today's day is always r0.

I prefer looking towards the future. I spend more time thinking about the immediate future though and would probably consider that to be more a part of the present.

Wars have gone on throughout history, The U.S. has one in Afghanistan and there is a civil war right now in Syria. Do you think there will come a time when there will be no wars of this size? What would make the difference or what would continue such?

I feel that wars will continue pretty consistently as more and more ideologies take hold of people's belief systems. I think the biggest factor is that many people have not opened their minds to realize that there are many perspectives people can take. People need to realize that everyone is just like them, that everyone acts according to what they believe/what perspective they hold. Because of this, education and communication will make all of the difference if we want to spare as many lives as possible.
