I think my earliest memory was when I was 3 and watched my dad go onto his carrier, my little brother was next to me in the stroller and I was very upset he was leaving again.
edit: almost forgot to mention that my older brother actually remembers the day he was born, him and my mom talked it...
i like to keep stickers in my pocket for this exact reason, then when someone states the obvious i give them one and say "very good, you're ahead of the class" or variants thereof.
this right here is why im joining the navy, not saying you should follow my footsteps since the armed forces aren't for everyone. but for me i want to get on an aircraft carrier, work on some aspect of the ship whether it's the computer systems, aircraft, powerplant etc and on top of that i'll...
i actually started recently, not to get physically fit in of itself but as a way to buffer the impact bootcamp will have on my body. way i see it i'll have enough trouble dealing with the new environment without also having to whip my flabby ass into shape, and as they say "an ounce of...
suicide is a strange beast of a concept (as is everything related to life/death) but here are my thoughts on it for those interested.
hope that was clear, or at least well put togethor, your thoughts?
i answered 50/50 on the basis that when i dream my gender isn't ever static and is subject to change mid scene. but otherwise irl i do sometimes wonder what it is to be woman though that's mostly out of curiosity, in the end i have a penis and i like vagina.

here's a similar quate that i always liked though idk who said it and can't be bothered to look it up, but yeah what bronto said
only to look it up and realize you didn't, i do it all the time which is why i downloaded wordweb to speed up the process of spellchecking.
does this happen to you? and if so how does it make you feel...
i had that problem until i tried taking breaks between books, i used the lost tribe of the sith for this and i ended up finishing both series within a week. then when i went back to reread the hitch hikers guide i found it much easier to power through and didn't need to break up into the...

a person like that would feed a family of tigers for a while, and we all know how much cats like to be lazy, the moment she set foot in tiger country she'd become the alpha prey.
also, damn those crazy hosers
i know op may not be around but i would like to throw my two cents on the whole "flip" thing, yes it was used for a while in the navy but really only among sailors who where stationed in the philippines or came to port there frequently.
source: my old man was in the navy, and went to the...
I prefer using a stick, or a large cast iron pan.
it's really hot right now (where i am at least) and i wondered, how do my intp brethren beat the heat? in all seriousness I use a large industrial fan, cold drinks and mind altering drugs.
IF we survive the next century (97% sure we won't, and 100% sure our demise will be self inflicted) it'll be millenia before humans progress away from barbarism. and even then (as it always has) something new will come along to remind us of our start as feral cavemen, because people fear change...
butcher, i already have plenty of experience with taking apart previously living critters such as deer, bovine, pigs, chickens, ducks (unfortunately) and people...though that last one wasn't for food...well...i didn't eat them.
i always enjoyed that show
anyway to answer OP i've always had to answer the question "are you ok?", throughout childhood but that slowly stopped as I entered puberty.
i did try it and the fan options don't come up, from what i read most laptops don't allow for fan manipulation not even with 3rd party software.
nothing serious just trying to tweek it for personal preference
gee why didn't i think of that :aufsmaul:, but in all seriousness i don't have...
i had considered that, though i would rather go with a software approach before i move to futzing with the hardware.
they are fine when not gaming but the fans don't kick in until it gets a bit too hot for my likeing, and setting them up to be premptive would solve this
"seriously, why do think really old photographs are black and white? there was a solar flare and the color spread over weeks, started in the yucatan i think"
i can respect.....all of that?...yes all of it

is there a way to trick the heat sensors in my hp pavilion g6 2249wm with windows 7 to register a higher temp than what it actually is? the reason i ask is because there aren't any programs to directly control my fan speed (yes i've tried speedfan and every variant i could find), so i figured...
i would also like to go forward and pinpoint the moment the last human (or human decendant though i doubt we'll get that far) dies, etch it into a slab of carbon fiber and leave it in someones tomb, or maybe a pyramid.
that's how i get out of social obligations, the interesting part is my memory for personal experience is just that bad soooo...
i can respect that, the world needs more hermits
what are a few things you want to do when you're old?
i want to:
1. curse loudly in public (maybe throw in some esoteric derogatories like quadroon)
2. follow strangers around telling them stories of my youth (half the time just reciting things i saw on tv)
3. go to the park with my kid and...
