erm..... I know I hate it when people just shoot down my ideas as soon as I make a thread, so I don't mean to immediately jump on you in a mean way.... but I'm strongly against this idea. The best "end" to it that I think you can hope for is if noddy jumps in here and turns it into a joke thread.
was that a demonstation of cryptonias point?I nominate myself! My superior intellect obviously shows me that your diminutive intellect pales in comparison to the vastness that is my mind!
And Luzian is wicked smaatChimera is cute-smart

As are most tests are biased towards good testersIQ tests are biased in favor of people who are good at IQ tests.
IQ tests are accurate enough for any group bar ENTP/INTP. I come out as 122/126.
The only reason why they are not accurate for our group as we get bored with them and could not really care a damn about the results. Unlike the INTJ-ENTJs.
Nay, who cares about IQ? It´s worth exactly nothing. It is said that my IQ is above 150. I did some official test, but I never saw the results. Well, look at me, I am basically insane and visited the closed psychiatry more than once. I am out of work for about a year now and will it be also this year.
Is that smart? Does that make me smart? No, it doesn´t.
And if you think that this worthless number makes you smart, than you have nothing understood. Not even a little.
Just my opinion.
Mine is that the error is thinking that high intelligence= success in life. You can be very smart and be emotionally unstable, you can be smart and have problems that keep you from keeping a job, you can be smart and not handle money well. Intelligence =/= wisdom. Intelligence =/= knowledge. Intelligence =/= life experience.Nay, who cares about IQ? It´s worth exactly nothing. It is said that my IQ is above 150. However, I agree, I simply have a knack for choosing the right option from a set of possible actions during a multiple-choice Exam. It makes me no better than anyone else when comes to adaptation to the changes in the 'real' world, as this 'knack' is only useful/apparent on a plane of abstract thought...
In summary, here's what the statistics indicate about the correlation between personality traits and IQ:
Other personality traits being the same, an iNtuitive person (one who grasps patterns and seeks possibilities) is 27 times more likely to have a high IQ than a Sensing person (one who focuses on sensory details and the here-and-now).
Again, other traits being the same, an Introverted person is 8 times more likely to have a high IQ than one who is Extraverted; a Thinking (logic-oriented) person is 2.5 times more likely to have a high IQ than a Feeling (people-oriented) person; and a Judging person (one who seeks closure) is about twice as likely to have a high IQ than a Perceiving person (one who likes to keep his options open).
Moreover, if you encounter an INTJ (Introverted, iNtuitive, Thinking, Judging), there is a 37% probability that his IQ places him in the top 2 percent of the population. The probability is 20% for an INTP, 15% for an INFJ, and 8% for an INFP. These four types account for 66% of the high-IQ population but only 6% of the total population.

I don't think I have to explain to the INTPs here that I'm joking, for we may appear arrogant to other types, but to ourselves we lack self-esteem. (Go, Decaf! Prove me wrong!)
What did you say? self flatulation? sounds like you need to hold back there on the beans.
