For the first time in history, forums such as this one has allowed long cherished ideals to be realized. There is no discrimination based upon: age, sex, locale, race, religion, Social class, etc.

Unfortunately, it is not because some of don't want to discriminate in the traditional way, it is just impossible unless an individual wishes to divulge his or her stereotype.

However, this presents a problem. How can We exist as a group of Elites, the chosen People, etc if there are not any of THEM, to oppose US? THEY are actually quite useful in a setting involving Group Dynamics.

Anyway be alert for candidates to promote to THEMhood

Actually beware for we may BE "THEM." I wonder how many here belong to a sterotype they are not too eager to divulge thus keeping secret what we visibly ARE to the outside world from this Forum? If this is the case, is it done with good reason or are we denying ourselves?

Hey, watch the name calling. At any rate, I happen to agree with your premise, although hating the Other can consolidate the group even more, fuel to the fire. For instance, in boot camp you hate the drill instructor; as a consequence, your initial peer alliances are strengthened vis-a-vis being in an unfamiliar situation (together) and hating the Other, aka the instructor. The US is very strange, though. There's incredible internal division (e.g., republican versus democrat) and hatred of Islamic society; so a lot of hate haha. There's always been xenophobia stateside, however, or a certain distaste for blacks and latinos. I remember Machiavelli said something like it doesn't matter if the leader is respected, but the people can't love one another. That's pretty much the US in a nutshell. The US public isn't really powerful yet because it hasn't realized its shared community and, therefore, potential. The day that happens, watch out.

my take, the entire us vs them is the bullshit poison, indoctrinated into our minds...to keep us separated forever.

such is the case with good vs evil...there is not eternal, innate struggle. its all made up to justify our actions.
