stabbed her in the chest and ripped out her heart so I could then know that it was mine.

I fell in love. Fell, fell, fell in love with a man like you've never seen in character.

It wasn't something a little bit of reading could distract me from. You see, it led me places I've never been. To psychosis, to Bosnia, and back to psychosis.

And then, back to being me.

And now, I just sit back and admire this man in the most chaste way a woman could watch a man, from afar, and in a healthy manner. And I'm movin' on.

I'm gonna go buy some water.

Sigh.

Why doesn't this story have a real happy ending?

sigh, sigh, thank you for descending down into my depths. no more weird feelings, no. it's all over. now I'm going to take out the trash. the moldy avocados, the wilted lettuce. ordinary feelings have replaced all my weird ones.

Maybe if the whole world prays we can bend all natural law in my favor, and he'll come running.

INTPs in love are weird. It's not like normal love. It's like, "I think I have an intellectual curiosity about another mind, even though I have no feelings and don't care if that other person is actually here." I don't get what makes it different from what INFPs call "friendship." Any insights, or am I overgeneralizing based on limited information?

I admit mine was primarily intellectual but then it took over ... everything. Fe, Fi, Se, Si, my memory, my whole being like fireworks.

So, it makes you a complete, balanced person? And you do feel?

You said it, Carnap. It starts out like, wow, I find you intellectual stimulating, then the hormones kick in and it's all over. I become Ophelia or someone equally ridiculous. But it is also possible that I'm an INFP. Hard to say...

I think INTPforum kills emotions. I was all butterflies when I started writing and reading here, now it's as good as nothing. But it's also relatively late and I barely slept.

But she is damn cute.

the only feelings I have now are ones that need to catch the little mouse that came into my house an hour ago. i'm quite a site, with rubber gloves and a tupperware, chasing a mouse all over the house.

just don't tell her you think she's cute or you'll end up humiliated like I was.

Run. Run as fast as you can and never look back.

I'm sure I'm still a little bit more mad than I was before.

oh weird feelings... yeah.

It think I'm falling, I'm just not sure what it is I'm falling into........

Is this love? madness? self-delusion? an escape? a mistake? a silly game? irrelevant? necessary? unavoidable?

I think I'm half awake and half asleep. Like when you first wake up and can only partially process one thing at a time.

I get the werd feeling soemtimes when I'm having weird days. I get these days when so many surreal things happen all together and I feel as if I'm just wandering around in some kind of dream land. I get this total feeling of detachment. Its like the day and the feeling come together, in perfect unison. I had a day like that a couple of months ago. I was driving along and then I saw all of these prairiedogs. It was bazar, they were lined up all on sentry, on either side of this one lane road. There were at least 30 in a one mile stretch. It looked as if they were waiting for some event. Upon seeing the first one, I kind of felt the detachment and my mind started racing forming these outlandish reasons for the one, then the next one and so on. By the time I got to the grocery store (another 10 miles along the road), this elaborate, post-apocalyptic prairie dog war had played out in my mind...

A circus clown rubbed some chicken gizzards on my bum and then covered me with intestines of some sort. Then he brought the circus elephant over to lick it off while I was getting whipped by the lion trainer.

Now THAT was a weird feeling.

I don't see why this would be weird. Unless of course you didn't get a boner. That would be weird.

You just had to go there didn't you?

Look, that's very personal and I don't want to talk about it. It involved some trapeze artists and one of those giant canons and it was just awkward .....

....weird even.

Well I'm sorry you've led such a sheltered life up until now. To me it sounds like an average Wednesday, except mine also involves getting "stuffed" into a little clown car with the dancing bear. Seriously dude, drop your inhibitions and live a little.

I drive an old Ford Focus hatchback. Does that count as a little clown car? I'm not sure about bears, I think I'm allergic to them. Last time I was near one, both of my arms fell off.

But I'm not positive that it was because of the bear ................. must investigate.

:elephant::king-twitter: <---- I invited these guys over tonight. Do they count as ways of "dropping inhibitions"?

Yeah, but that would be normal. Can't have that in the weird feelings club. Instead he's just hiding back there waiting for some poor unsuspecting sap who thinks he's getting a fine piece of ass.

My Dad is a helicopter pilot for the border patrol. Today he accidentally knocked an alien (lingo for illegal immigrant) clear off his feet with the skid of his helicopter. Apparently he physically chases them with his helicopter hovering just above the ground, sometimes he 'nudges' them and every so often flat out hits them. I have two simultaneous thought processes running through my mind;. 'OMG, that's awesome!' and 'OMG, what about basic human rights?!'

note: Apparently they didn't even document the incidence :phear:
