It's probably a standing INTJ goal--they later intend to clone thousands of copies of her. This will deal with the problem of finding a spouse in the efficient manner possible; it also saves the original INTJ the bother of all the socializing that would otherwise be necessary to find an appropriate girlfriend.

@Anna Moss

The intergalactic henchmen in the first frame should be ISTJ/ESTJ. :^^:

Also, the ISTJ/INTP line was probably the best one in this particular strip.

I ended up spending most of my day not-at-home, so no comic today. (I should really try to get ahead by one...)

Will the perceiver ever acquire groceries?!
He will. But instead of putting them away, he'll leave them out (just for a minute) and a past due package of meat will spoil, resulting in a tragic death by food poisoning. :rip::angel:

I was really proud of myself last time I bought groceries. I actually followed through with putting all the dry goods away instead of leaving them on the table for two days after putting away the cold items.

One of my sisters, an ESTP, can look remarkably good whenever she makes an effort.

I grew up with her and I've regularly seen her on Saturday mornings, so she's not fooling me. :p

Also, this is the same girl who audaciously blew farts, drank from the container, and ate old gum growing up. I feel compelled to divulge this information to any betrothed partner.

Well, practice makes perfect. :P

Thx Scorpiomover! :)

What exactly did the NF do? O.o
I think he acted for the good of all cetaceankind.

Edit: What about the island? I've been dying for the next part since forever now.
Tell you what. I don't have enough time to do one Island Types comic every day...and unfortunately it's now looking like that situation will persist till the end of November at least. But, if you guys would like, I could switch to an alternate schedule (like Monday Wednesday Friday) and then I would be able to work on each comic for two days. I would probably have enough time to do Island Types that way. Any thoughts?

:D

I feel like posting a link to that, on every single "Am I a x or y type?" thread.

If you mean that you could do a comic over a Monday and Wednesday, and then another over a Friday and Monday, and then another over a Wednesday and Friday, so you could make 3 new comics over every 2 weeks, that would be really cool.

If you mean you could make 3 new comics every week, that would be even better.

But I'd have to put it in my diary, or I'd get busy with something else for a few days, forget to look, and then find I have to catch up on 5 or 6 comics. That's happened before.

You just completely cornered me. Oh no!

First off, I really need to know what happened at the island, and for that to happen, you need to write it. On the other hand, I rarely or never ask people for anything, since I have serious trouble with people adjusting for me. So how could I possibly ask you to toil for my amusement? ... But I need more!

:starwars:

I think I can wait until the end of the month, though.

Hm, no one objects, and I've missed doing Island Types, so I guess starting tomorrow I'll post a comic every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (at least until the end of November).

Love the new episodes. Eager to see the next one.

Small point. The "next" link and the "last" link on Island Types 33, points to the same page. I looked at the other pages. I think it's the only 2 links that aren't perfect.

Glad you guys enjoy. ^.~

Try it again, scorpiomover; once in awhile it does funny stuff. I tried it as an anonymous user and didn't have any problems.

It takes a lot to break an NT. ;)

And I like your avatar.

Island Types 37

Thanks. And it really does. The repression that most NTs work under isn't healthy.

When I get angry, which happens about fives times per year, I fucking explode.

Many NTs probably have greater problems with depression, alienation, and anxiety than ire though.

Yeah, you know how there are the three different kinds of volcanoes? INTPs are like the ones that are silent, silent, silent, then BAM! I think it's that way with a lot of our emotions; we either have total control, or none.

He divided the sacred square by P/J, didn't he? ;)

*EDIT: Let's let Ne stab in the dark a bit...

-Not only that, but I'll wager that the INTP velociraptor comes together with the renegade NF (The one with the NF, SJ, and ENTJ) after the NFs and ENTJ lead a rescue attempt. From there they form a union and declare the coming of a new sacred square that rectifies the classic disagreement on square division. From here, the ENTJ initiates an attempt at island domination, using the benefits of the newfound sacred square.

The ending might as well have been accompanied by stygian organ music. :phear:

You know how clever raptors are...I suspect they just clip some kind of penholder to their dominant talon and use that. It probably gives them even better writing ability than us. :slashnew:

I'm at a last minute deadline crunch and was too busy to make a comic today. :(

Ancient scribes used to write with a sharpened fingernail, often the thumb, they'd just dip it in ink like a quill, having such a nail was a status symbol in of itself because written languages were a closely guarded secret, hence the common theme of words themselves (particularly written) possessing some kind of magical power.

The car I was in got stuck and it took several hours to shovel out. I consequently have neither the energy nor the time to do a comic today. :P

You're doing a good job with it, Anna. You routinely make me laugh, and I am a picky audience.
