No, I think Integra is the reincarnation of Alucard's long lost love from "way back when..." like in Stoker's Dracula, though many would think that Seras is the one I find it unlikely considering his careless treatment of her.

Oh wait, we're being serious? My only point was that if Alucard was 'multiplying' I think Integra would be a more likely candidate than you. That would throw the dynamics of their situation into a completely new light.
Not like a father to her at all, I suspect he's just so careful around her because he's already lost her twice before and now he's simply content to know she's there, his heart's so broken it doesn’t really work anymore.

....we're talking about the same Alucard right? He's such a monster, he can't even stand himself. Remember all the times he purposefully fucks with Integra's head and makes her morally responsible for him. I remember a few sexual innuendos on his part too. He hardly seems likely he is patiently waiting for her to love him.
I agree she may remind him of the countess, but there are no other allusions to reincarnation in this particular story and I extremely doubt Alucard is capable of 'love.' Is that not a fundamental part of him that makes him a monster? If she ever actively loved him; would he not devour her?
Anyway Integra's father never struck me as the sort to either control or have relations with him/her, y'know Alucard didn't lock himself in that basement and I doubt anyone would do that to the mother (err) of their daughter, vampire or not.
Au contraire, that seems more like a motive for locking him up to me. Either way I don't place much weight on the Alucard is Integra's mom theory.
We've also yet to address whether the undead are even capable of reproduction at all.
