it makes sense that there would be a few people out there who realize how awesome we are... I mean I imagine if I WASN'T INTP I'd be jealous at how obviously superior they are.

I imagine you're writing it.....

but don't worry. I can write in the bits about you from my ceaselessly adoring perspective.

Unless chocolate wants to of course.

:) No, ENTP. Seems my fine sense of entp humour doesn't quite translate here, but that's ok. I really like the different perspective here, that's why I'm way fascinated...what you say is so interesting to me, yet you have a different spin on everything, and all your thoughts are so carefully-constructed. I'm intrigued really. I already scored many a Hmmmm... perspective, and that's what i live for.

Awesome on the other hand...definitely. :)

An ENTP! The evil brother of the INTP that stoled all our toys to build a machine destined to failure and say, at least, the idea was good when the idea came from us!

But in my case it was my cousin!

Anyway, welcome aboard to the "Nautilus" (I try but can not see a best name for a ship...). Destiny: Atlanta or...the island of Lost, whatever..

ahh gotcha. haha I guesed INFJ cause INFJ girls an INTP guys are drawn to each other like magnets (if someone else works to break the ice first).

yeah tho... haha ENTPs are the natural jokers. I nearly stopped telling jokes altogether 6 or so years ago, because I noticed about 90% of them were pretty mean andd teasing people, and i decided I didn't like it. It was overall a good shift, I think... but my sense of humor and ability to pick up on jokes did suffer a good deal as a result. *shrug*

welcome, then, evil ENTP big brother.

What do you mean?

:) That line was just a bit of making fun of myself (I don't really have a fine sense of humour although I do get a few lol's over at entp.org).

I love to throw around pop-culture phrases/words here and there in a half-serious way...seems to be an entp thing. Imho, the best example of entp humour is weird al, he's like the master.

Seriously? That's crazy, cos I get super-attracted to INFJ guys...they're always taking care of stuff! Yeah, you guys are super duper in my books though, I only 'know' 2 in real life, and it's not easy to get to know an INTP!

Hey, glad to be here! :) (and yeah I'm sorta evil, but always friendly ;) )

One of my roommates is an ENTP, and we argue EVERY DAY. It's good mental exercise though, we keep each other on our toes. Welcome to our crazy introverted world. :)

Arguing every day sounds fun. I don't have too many takers at my house. Yeah, introverted world sounds fun; I have this fantasy of being an introvert, knowing what it would be like...

I guess step 1 is not to tell everyone your fantasy :)

Haha, it's actually not that hard to imagine being introverted. Extroverts think more by talking to others, introverts think to themselves. Anytime you're thinking to yourself, you're introverting. Some just do it more than others, and thus the varying degrees of extroversion. :)

I always think I have these radical, intense, fresh ideas,
and whoever I tell always thinks it's way outta line.
as If im saying 'bring back hitler'

I'll say things like we should send some smart people up into a biodome to science it up, work on light travel, microscopes, telesopes, check out planets, just, really get to 'know' the universe...
maybe invent a time machine and go back in time and drop a hint to early man something usefull...
meanwhile on earth the people who want to fight wars are left to kill eachother and the people who want nothing to do with it make their best effort to live like the guy from "into the wild"
and after the war people die, the people who are left will be "human animals" - earth would be a nature reserve, a resource block for the science dudes... and something to study.
btw without a tan or gravity, over a couple generations your body would become small and grey right? ... just wondering.

did I describe a kind of purgatory?
where people evolve to a point that the only people saved are greys, greys go back in time and build... i unno - they speculate stonehenge and the pyramids - and then we evolve from there to the point where everyone dies and the only peopel saved are greys, and...

at least we're safe from death, if we're in a loop like that right?

Ah, I see. I can get pretty introverted sometimes then. Usually I end up talking to myself though, but I can't see how that's too different from not talking at all.

i have plenty of takers at my house, but I'm the only one who thinks it's fun. They just think I'm being argumentative and annoying. :(

Step 1 is indeed that. Step 2 is either to avoid everyone in order to think about that fantasy more or, if you failed step 1, to escape from the mental asylum everyone put you in after hearing what that fantasy was.

...I mean, welcome. I'm not crazy. *glares at everyone suspiciously*

I see ENTPs as Snakes, if extreme, and Lizards if not so extreme. Forays into this world on an Extroversion trip.

Much the same thing happens to a Chocolate Snake as a Marzipan Dragon (INFP).

Ok, I get it when someone calls a human a snake. But lizard? What do you mean?

Personally I like to think of myself as a cuddly kitten with an enormous IQ ;)

The Kitten (ISFP) clashes with the Eagle (INTP). This is the worst possible match for our types. It is same Irrational v Rational problem we face. A Kitten with as high IQ is an apprentice Dinosaur (XNTP var.). I had a dream about one once.

The Lizard (ENTP) is slightly more introverted than the Snake (ENTP). The thing about the Snake is that he/she (androgyny) is actually deaf to what other people are saying. Can feel the vibrations though. The Lizard can hear a few things (without curfew plugs), and the Turtle (XNTP) can probably hear even more.
