Now let's see..... it all started back in July...... I was banned after a couple kicks and that time I did deserve it, the second time was appropriate...... and all the rest were not right!

You could always tell me to shut up and kick me, and I would!

Sometimes I am not aware that I am annoying most people.

Spamming to me is when somebody floods the channel, repeatedly ....

I was not "loud" I was briefly using caps.

People were taunting me even!
Instead of telling me to shutup, and a few people were smart to ignore me when they said I was annoying them instead of complaining about me and calling me a troll.

I also wasn't really trying to annoy everybody for the "lulz" I self entertaining.
It's too bad nobody else can get entertainment or amusement from myself.

And you Preilemus, were also contributing to the 'chaos' for a while as well.

Words on the internet, especially on IRC should not be taken so seriously.

Yes, this ban was ehhh somewhat appropriate, I was banned without warning as every time.

My client is failing to connect to irc.ecnet.org... I use IRC frequently to chat on freenode, and I'm connected to freenode right now. Anyone know what the problem is?

Hm, that's strange. My client on ecnet is as good as online 24/7, so it wasn't down today. But maybe the server had too many connections or so, dunno. Maybe you try it a few times repeatedly. You could also try using irc via ssl on port 6697, same irc.ecnet.org

I have always used Pirch for IRC. Old and long forgotten maybe. Back in the 90's I was on IRC a lot. Briefly scanning this thread, I can see there is drama available now we are a decade and a half further along that road. Strange cats we are. It is interesting to see no matter what defines a group, there is always that strange thing when people gather, that leads to irritation.

I'll see if I can hang out there a little, meet some interesting folks.
