Be worried? Probably not. That test wasn't exactly easy. A lot of other factors can play here (age, language, amount of human interaction, talent, ...). Of course, if you have other reasons to believe you may be autistic, this test could fit into the bigger picture.

I got 28...guess I'm not so good at reading with just eyes. It's funny, because the ones I got wrong, I had a gut feeling to choose an answer, but after careful ("careful") consideration, I always chose another one - which turned out to be wrong. Guess my intuition knows best .

Anyways, I got 29. And as you said Jaico, the more I tried to think over a set, the further away I'd get. I did far better intuitively. Of course, I doubt they asked these people how they felt and what they were thinking about when they snapped these pictures...

To be honest though i find it a bit irritating that the test only shows the eyes. For me that's like only half the information a face shows (especially the mouth is missing here).
