lol, indeed it would. About the pic: Not like a bokeh effect, something like this photo from Affinity Where the person looks still but there's also a motion blur on the background - on Affinity's pic the blurry lights are on the foreground instead.

Nice night pics Affinity & Bridge I was looking at some party pics where the people in the foreground look perfectly still (no blur) and the lights on the background have that long exposure effect. I wonder how they do it. Flash + 1' exposure maybe?
