Not sure how to introduce this subject, so I'll just jump right into it...
With my recent discovery of Netflix, I've been watching quite a few documentaries of late. Two of these documentaries in particular caught my eye and have been enrapturing my mind recently, or at least the concepts they...
There was a cook I worked with who insisted on calling me Brian because I reminded him so much of the character.
Just replace the alcohol with marijuana and it's probably close. :D
Not at the onset, no. Even if I wanted to, I just didn't have the access at that age. I quickly ramped up as I got older, though, as I had better access to both product and cash. Hiding it was never an issue, as both my parents were cool with it.
My use overall is mitigated pretty much only...
Can't say this has ever happened to me.
I mean, I've had highs that went south and a little overly paranoid, but I've always chalked that up to a bad dose, mindset, or environment and told myself to work through it. I've heard voices, but was able to understand they were essentially my own. I...
As a junior is high school I was taking this really EASY science class, as I didn't really want to do any work. The class was a breeze for me, and very few things were taught that I didn't already know or assume. Yet... the other kids in this class actually needed to be here, and somehow found...
Hey, just because I'm physically male and identify as male doesn't mean I wouldn't jump right on the opportunity to be female for a day.
Maybe longer... If it were only a day I'd probably spend all of it in my bedroom. :D ;)
Funny plus I notice though is that (Because I've taken to doing this, actually.) when you present your feelings in such a straightforward and honest/awkward matter, it catches people SO off-guard that their reaction can rarely be hostile. (Most often confused and curious.)
Then again, there are...
I hate when people do that... Sends off mental alarms and sirens off worse than a hull breach in a submarine.
"Bad bad bad! Incongruity! Deception! Caution!"
What do you do? Do you trigger the trap, subject yourself to whatever ride you're in for, hope you can handle it? Or drive yourself...
Well, the portal is only so wide, right? Maybe it would just get stuck... You know, the edge of the plywood hitting the inside edge of the portal on... itself?
Although that leads me to wonder what would happen if you sawed the piece of plywood in half while it was in the middle of this...
Usually, if I'm reading a thread I have interest in, someone has covered most of what I wanted to state anyway.
Sometimes I DO have something relevant and new to add, so I start to post. Then, I'll either take too long to think about how I want to word what I have to say, worry what I had to...
Have to disagree with you there, 1998 was the Golden Age of Video Games.
(Though, you DID phrase it as the Golden Age of gaming, not games, which could be argued. Never before have there been so many gamers, connecting so easily... Never before has the gaming community been so diverse! The...
I, apparently, was the only one who chuckled at the video.
(Really? Molested? Riiiiiight.... On top of that white supremacist overtone he tried to give it with the German death metal... "Silly" was the first word that came to mind.)
I agree though!
That seems to be the funny thing, it isn't that the ideas we have are absolutely amazing all of the time... They're just simple ideas that make logical sense, which we're surprised no one is exerting more effort towards.
Because, hey, we know we aren't gonna do it.
I could actually point out on a Monopoly board the spaces that are landed on most frequently and least frequently throughout games. We built a simulation program in a game design class I was in and sent pieces around the board so many hundreds or thousands of times to build a picture (Accounting...
PFFT! Subjective. For many reasons... Personal history and background/Strain imbibed/Setting/Tolerance.
I smoke quite a bit and, often, it REVERSES the effects of my normal state of slight paranoia. It relaxes me, helps me to become more open with others and myself. On the off chance, usually...
I'd hate to see what we all make as characters. XD
INTP world would be weird enough... but INTP fantasy world?
Not to say we shouldn't do it... Heh heh heh...
1. Acquire liquid nitrogen and several cans of shaving cream.
2. Submerge cans of shaving cream in supply of nitrogen until contents are frozen solid.
3. Gouge each can of shaving cream.
4. Hide cans of shaving cream in back seat of the 'Fool's' car.
5. Let hilarity ensue.
I freakin' loved that game. :D
(I didn't think anyone else had even heard of it. XD)
Also, FFXIII wasn't so much a game as it was a movie.
This guy says it well.
Edit: I have no idea what I'm talking about though, because everyone else is talking about VIII. :o
