Give me a room, a ton of documents and a couple of days, and I'll take all the key points and lay them out so it's easy for the layman to understand. Sounds like my perfect career, someone put me in it!

Big Data. More like computer files than paper files but same idea.

Huge growing demand for data analysts who can help a company find/utilize their client base more effectively.

Public accountant as part of a firm. Publicly traded companies are required to have yearly reports, and most companies seek quarterly reports for business reliability.

All the creative activities involving writing - composing, programming and writing. Easy example, non fiction writers distill great quantities of information into a book or article. A composers work is (from this perspective) a distillation of the history of music (according to a semi-famous composer I worked with once). A program is fundamentally a highly complex algorithm - which is just a recipe to do something. A mental ability in other words, and when I program I have to distill large quantities of information into the final result. I trim ideas and approaches that don't work to find what does work.
