Please please please please please people, stop acting like this as some irrefuatable principle that has any sway whatsoever in determining whether you are or are not an INTP.

Oh right, because INTPs are the only types that are ever uncertain of stuff, wow that makes a lot of sense guys!

There are a billion and one reasons why a person would be unsure of their type; Maybe they don't understand the theory very well? Maybe they don't match up to any of the descriptions? Maybe they really are mistyped and don't resonate with anything related to INTPs?

Secondly, being an INTP does not mean you are supposed to be uncertain of everything! We would be one of the most useless creatures on the planet if that were actually true, and I really don't think nature is stupid enough to make such a thing at this point in our evolution.

If you see a black and white striped horse shaped creature, are you going to say "Well I want to say that is a zebra, but there are so many other possibilities!"

No, you are going to say it is fucking zebra, and you will say it with authority, becuase if anybody can accurately spot a zebra, it's you.

Furthermore, being a J does not mean you are supposed to be certain of every single thing! They have the same kind of cognitive functions as everybody else, there is always a balance. Please stop thinking in extremes.

I was able to understand that I was an INTP very easily, especially after reading intp.org (which explained me perfectly, a bit uncanny really). Are the INTJ's really spreading bullshit like that? I remember seeing comments like that at some forum but I couldn't remember which one.
