Even if he did copy the Ni drift, in my opinion that is probably the least supportable part of the theory. Perception does not refer to remembering things. It refers to seeings things. Memories are just the filter for the perception. But they are not the perception itself. That was one flaw I found in the Pod'Lair videos. They kept saying, "See, the drift means the individual is using Ni." In reality, at best the drift might be a side-effect of Ni. But it is not the Ni itself.

Anyway, I know for a fact Pod'Lair did not originally come up with the idea that eye movements coincide with thought processes -- whether memory or imagination.

I thought you replied to his assertions about you already? I did say to keep the personal stuff out of the thread, and that posts were left because they were relevant to the criticism of Auburn ripping Pod'lair off, so no you can't peruse that line of discussion here. If you're that eager to defend yourself publicly (or you could just settle it down with claimants themselves), it's possible to open the thread in Oubliette.

I'm not interested in discussing this here any more as it would defeat the point of trying to stop the thread from being derailed. If you wanna complain about this you can take it to private communication with me or other admins.

Keep up the good work @Auburn. Fascinating stuff!

I'm not sure if I follow all of the eye and body movement stuff; however, I have been taking notice of how people smile and whether it 'snarls' or reaches to the ears. I compared that logic to people whose type I am pretty confident of and so far I've noticed a definite correlation. It's very interesting!

I had not previously noticed any difference regarding snarls. And in fact, I still am not entirely sold on that idea. But I do think it is interesting, and may be legitimate. The identification of a "snarl" seems a little bit subjective, though.

Mila Kunis I'm quite solid on being TeNi, though she does use plenty of Se. Depending on the interview it's clearer in others. Compare her against the eye-centric Kat Dennings: [NiTe]

Viscous body movements [Pi-lead] vs Calculated/Rigid body [J-lead]

James Franco is SiFe. Same functions but different ordering; Ti is definitely not his dominant. He leans and flows in the viscous manner of Pi-leads and has the intensity in his Si scowling that isn't characteristic of Ti leads but Si leads. He is a very laid-back type though, and one which mbti would definitely class as ___P.

I had guessed ENTP for Franco just based off his movies (and ISFP for Mila Kunis). I could perhaps see ISFJ for Franco. However, he seems a little too smiley to be an ISFJ. And an ENTP would be more likely to read all that LotR spinoff stuff they talk about in that cliip.

I think ENTJ for Mila is probably right. She always seemed a little too bitchy to be an ISFP.

Ne Mini-Skits:

Ne (especially when dominant) produces alternate side-explanations to things in realtime, and these tangents emerge in the Ne's mind in the form of "scenarios". A sort of automatic awareness of what if this, or this reminds me of that.

Thus Ne users may be having several conversations with themselves at a given moment, and an Ne parody is when the Ne user quickly enacts one of these alternate scenario they're imagining as a mini skit in realtime. It usually abruptly intercepts their current flow/thought-trail with excitation and momentum. Then they continue on to the path they were on, or take a different one.

The Larin vid series isn't meant to be an exhaustive list of signals but one of basic signals. Sometimes I add non-basic signals in there though, if I see them. c.c So I apologize for that.

I have spent many minutes pondering the same thing. Possibly he is trying?
