Even if he did copy the Ni drift, in my opinion that is probably the least supportable part of the theory. Perception does not refer to remembering things. It refers to seeings things. Memories are just the filter for the perception. But they are not the perception itself. That was one flaw I found in the Pod'Lair videos. They kept saying, "See, the drift means the individual is using Ni." In reality, at best the drift might be a side-effect of Ni. But it is not the Ni itself.
Anyway, I know for a fact Pod'Lair did not originally come up with the idea that eye movements coincide with thought processes -- whether memory or imagination.
