That other sex thread got me curious how sexually deviant INTPs are as a group. Vote on your deviance rating!
1: Vaginal (or a homosexual equivalent), and that's pretty much it.
2: Oral and vaginal, that's about it.
3: Light bondage, maybe a threesome or anal.
4: No holes barred, perhaps into BDSM.
5: Super hard-core BDSM, whips, chains, bloodletting and pretty much anything someone from type 1 would look at and get possibly outright offended.

What is your defination of sexual deviancy? It may not be the same as mine.
Are you talking about societal norms? There are cultural differences and personal tastes to consider before labeling something deviant.
Some may think anything besides missionary position (man on top facing his female partner) is wrong and others that think bestiality is normal (some even find necrophilia acceptible )

I'm one of those "Why limit my options?" types of people but only when it comes to live women because you never know what you may find enjoyable (sorry, I'm just not attracted to guys so I don't think I'd find that enjoyable). And if it is enjoyable would it still be considered deviant behavior?

I did look at your listed options. It is a very well thought-out list. I just don't agree that most of them should be listed as being deviant in any way (super hard-core BDSM is the exception) . But then that is my personal opinion.

Sexual deviation is such a negative term and is usually defined as any sexual behaviour regarded as abnormal by society.
I have a problem with the words normal and abnormal. Who gets to choose what is normal? You may think sex with a small furry woodland creature is perfectly fine (Looking at the choices of answers on your poll you probably don't, but that is besides the point) and I may think it is perverse, but who is correct? Which one would be considered normal and who gets to make that choice?
The choices you provided are regarded as normal by some and abnormal by others. I'm not knocking your choices, just pointing out the fact that some people may not agree with your choice of words. I would have used the words
sexually adventurous instead of sexual deviancy, but then that's me.

You assume the negative connotation, not I. Deviation is simply deviating from what's normal. Something's not bad just because it's not normal (INTPs should be well aware of that, being abnormal ourselves). And normalcy would be defined by whatever the largest number of people do. It's normal because a lot of people do it. It's deviant because few people do it. How many people do or do not do something is not what determines if it's a good or bad thing. Also, having sex with woodland creatures is perverse. Perversion is essentially defined as "abnormal". That doesn't make it bad, though. Sure, I consider it gross, but I see no problem with it if someone else wants to. And if I did, it's not my place to force my values onto them.

I'm probably a 3 after your categorization, but I think your sexual threshold increases with time. I think there is a (BIG BIG BIG) difference between guys being cool with anal and girls being cool with anal. Maybe it's just me, but I am of the opinion that it is MORE sexually deviant (and I am using "deviant" here in a non-negative way, although if someone could suggest a better word, I would be open) to let some one stick their dick in your ass than it is to stick your dick in someone else's ass. My main issue with anal is mostly that, while feeling good in some ways, it still hurts; stuff in there seems to stay there longer; and you don't want to cause long-term damage or loosen your anus muscles because of the ramifications.

And of course, if you go that way, don't expect her to want to touch it and do stuff to it after until you clean everything.

Well, yes. Women get penetrated and men don't. My point was more that anal for women is more deviant than anal for men because, while in vaginal sex, both organs are performing their intended functions - the vagina is being penetrated and the penis is penetrating - in anal sex, the male organ is penetrating (it's intended function, albeit with a bit of a change of scenery) and the female's anus (NOT ACTUALLY MEANT FOR PENETRATION) is being penetrated. Maybe this all goes without saying, but I was just suggesting that, if options 1-5 are meant as a scale for sexual deviancy, I think the scale might look a little different if gender is taken into account.

But maybe this is all just driven by my personal aversion to anal. For me BDSM before anal.
