I see a lot of phallic symbolism coinciding with the corresponding feminine symbolism. This is an expression of opposing and composing sides. Hard and soft, cold and warm, white and black, large and small, action and non-action.

And the little yellow squiggly is a highly complex personification of the human existence while simultaneously representing Walfin himself. :cool:

Wow i never realize Windows 7's paint would be this awesome considering how much MSpaint sucks in general >.>

@cavallier how did you interpret all of that from a bunch of squiggly lines and a yellow W? :phear:

Actually I'm pretty sure you can tell that it wasn't just random squiggly lines.

I really like the oil brush. Sigh. If only I had my tablet back.

Made it in 10 minutes. Probably explains the lack of everything it lacked.

Here is my newest piece of art with the title 'afraidofsymmetry'. It symbolizes the death of the death of spirituality. You will need at least one symbolism lexicon, a phd in art history and a black belt in karate to understand it.

I refused to have this fucked up by a shitty paint bucket, so here it is, in all its uncoloured glory:

I would call it Right of Center as the spaces get more murmurous right of center and more open at the left. It is an imperfect representation of straight lines in life and the colourless world we live in. Speaking out of my arse...

Edit: Odd, I thought the pink portion was roughly the same area as the tan when I drew it. Apparently the bottom was hiding from me!

This finger painting seems rich with incidental symbolism:

I'm not sure, but it's rather chilly.
It's representative of a pink line drawn by a bored beverage who is up way past his bedtime.

Agricultural science?

Here's a few I cooked up real fast, in my spare time, not much effort involved:

Oh boy. I used to draw lot's of lines with the pencil/brush tool all over in lot's of different colors and then use the paintbucket tool, starting in one corner, alternately filling with one color, then background color and watch my area grow until I had conquered the whole picture...

Re: ms paint bs

The first two definitely count.

I'm far too pensive to do impressionist art like that, I tried to do a subversion of the Mona Lisa in high school and it took me a whole month to fill in the outline and that's all the time I had, my teacher was not impressed but I bullshitted my way through with some monologue about the vagueness beauty that my painting represented.

She really didn't buy it but she liked me and it was impressively executed bullshit :D

Come to think of it I should take up painting again, it was so relaxing, I could spend the rest of my life working on a piece with no intention of ever finishing it.

RedN, the piece I drew is a self-portrait after reviewing your work.

@nanook

Perhaps the brilliance of the former piece was influenced by the scintillating mind behind the bona fides of the latter? :D

May even be higher? Get the fuck out of here. The only thing higher than that score was the test developers. They have cash registers where their hearts should be. :phear:

i dont remember who posted the iq pic (prior to my photoshopping of it), was it you? i didn't mean to comment on that person's IQ btw. it was just the sentence with the word "lies" that inspired me to do this, plus the odd span of the result, that was funny as such.

@nanook

Definitely not me. The range which the doctored score depicted just made me laugh. That quaint certificate (a.k.a., the bona fides) is associated with some get-rich-quick scheme of a psychometrically bankrupt test that was recently posted on the forum. I contacted the test creator and discovered that the psychometrics for the test were basically provisional and highly speculative. :borg:

With an android phone with a pen, and one can draw on it, and surely better then this if one can draw. Similar to paint, but more simple. Just a test to see if it worked.
