Actually all that personality destruction stuff smacks a bit of Scientology anyway - all those cults draw people in by first making them feel inadequate and promising them some form of revelation and the lure of superiority. XIII is the new Ron L Hubbard! It's not that far off the l'Oreal campaign and it's exactly the same form of manipulation which sucks people into fascism etc.

It's only when you are happy being a fool that you become immune.

At the end of the day it's all Jesus Envy.

Setting aside the deception and manipulations, as Glovehead says, there remains a story painted here with some good writing and judicious use of mystic and occult art.

I just read that thread and knew it the second I finished the first line. I no longer think that XIII is dealing with DID. I now think this is a very clever person with DPD, Dissocial Personality Disorder.

I'm addressing the forum as a whole.
I'm first and foremost going to say, I want only openminded people to continue reading, it might be boring, but I don't want anyone complaining; be considerate. If you might have a problem with that, leave =3

I have a question, I haven't been able to find why XIII was banned? He seemed very interesting to me.. If he was banned I'm sure he was deserving, but I don't know why? If you didn't like him or the things he said, then don't read them..? And how was Alice understood to be XIII? That was shocking to me, (not because omg it couldn't be her, but she only posted 4 posts and I read them. who knew?) (I also accept that I might be missing something) That Matteyye dude too? He was cool. Even if these are alternate XIII personalities.. I'd like to speak to them? Though multiple accounts is kinda messed up.. but I was of the understanding he'd change in his own account, not make others? but he was banned? why? =3
Ok, on the more current news trend. I don't approve of this, it's causing divide among intellectuals. Let's logically think this through. Forums are for discussion, we can discuss. Chatrooms are for chatting. This is a peoples forum, I'd like to think we have moderaters not because they actually control everything, but simply so they can look after the forum. (and the occasional badeggs) If we want to swear, let people swear, freedom of speech. (I'm aware that's not always the popular vote in some countries, but beings I'm in america..) If it offends you, grow a pair, talk to them about it. If you're swearing and asked to stop, be considerate, we're all trying to get along, we're not looking for trouble. I don't see what the problem is here..?

Not sure if this is because I'm not a native speaker but I have serious problems understanding what you wrote there.

First, multiple accounts are not allowed without approval of the staff.
Thus, XIII, Alice and Metteyya got banned. Alice via IP and Metteyya confessed it. Did you actually read the threads?
Do you insinuate that we banned XIII because of personal dislike?
What was that about swearing? I am quite sure that we never even gave a warning because of simple swearing.

I did read the forums. =/ I didn't know the IP was the same. That explains a bit. Why'd Metteyya confess? I don't understand. haha. (I don't know if I will) I'm not able to work IRC but there's problems of bots kicking swearers out (which I think have been fixed so this might be old news, it's new to me)
Of course I wouldn't insinuate that, I simply don't know. (I'm just trying to understand >.<)

Ok, uhm. You mixed quite a few things together here.
For one: Of course you didn't know the IPs were the same, only mods and admins can see that.
2: XIII and his double accounts have been banned because there is a rule against multiple accounts as well as he himself has been warned not to make double accounts. He ignored it.
3: The swear-word-kicking-bot on the irc is a completely different matter. It has a backstory which would be too much to explain here. But it was a mistake (partly by me) and has been quickly removed again. Anyhow this has nothing to do with the forum.

I used to do something similar to XIII myself a long time ago. I once created multiple MSN accounts after I found a way to sign in multiple times. I'd start chatting to my friends as usual and then randomly sign in one of these accounts. The tricky part was to keep the thoughts of each member serparate from each other. I fooled quite a few people doing this for a while but it is really hard to maintain not to mention unhealthy. My intentions may seem selfish and dishonest but the only reason I did it was to study peoples responses.

Although those 'characters' sounded interesting to start with you have to realise that they are not real. They are hollow. XIII only created them as an experiment/amusement and alas was unable to continue them further which is ashame. My characters died a horrible death for the same reason but stuck in peoples minds.

I'm always fascinated by peoples responses and I try to find new ways to experiment with them. I'm not trying to outsmart or gain the upper hand on someone when I do this and I began to realise the false characters annoy people and can damage friendshps so I ceased. My most recent method is asking the questions like:

"What do fried onions and santa claus have in common?"

Its interesting that the majority I ask in the real world begin to smile as if preparing for a joke punch line and then they muse over it for a short while. The longer they puzzle over it, the more peculiar their expression becomes until the point where they either give in or attempt to respond. Some people are quite creative with their answers. ^^

My answer to them either makes them laugh or annoys them which amazes me.



XIII has broken the forum rules by creating multiple accounts. I'm not really one for trivial rules such as this and I won't get into an argument with anyone about it. I will only say that I am an incredibly patient person who is almost impossible to insult/offend so I tend to listen and watch things unfold. I understand that others aren't like this and so won't put up a fight.

I don't dislike XIII for what he has done although I think he is clearly misguided. He assumes people are blinded by the type casting system which just isn't true. If he hadn't blabbed on about how inferior we were things may have been different.

Before the multiple accounts, he violated the TOS when he went on his post deletion binge. It was the mass post deletion that seemed far more egregious to me.

This is true, and some of the things he deleted in that binge were infractions in themselves if I'm not mistaken.

Despite the occasional accusation that there is a lack of free speech and open mindedness here, it is actually very tolerant. You have to work your ass off to actually get banned and stay banned here. Just look at me!

Well XIII came on irc earlier expressing his concerns for Citizen X and how it wasn't him and then logged in as Alice at the same time... Stupid really, because both typed identically which further backs my statement that he is merely 'acting' out these different personalities as opposed to subconscious thought. Further evidence was his ability to consciously 'switch' between characters when he posted on the forum. All his characters are merely stereotypical shells of his interpretation on the MBTI Types. He will deny this of course as he is delusional.

I don't care. To me, he is nothing but an entertainer/attention seeker.
