Well let's look at the word "Ninja'd" it should be seen in a positive light. It honors their proud warrior history and their ability to sneak around and get someone. On the other hand some ninja 's might get offended by this because sometimes someone of the group of people who are getting honored get offended for no reason that is apparent to me. The logical thing to do would be to take a survey and see how many people like the term and how many are offended by the term. Then the vote to use the term or not use it would go to the majority. Unfortunatly this is unfair to the minoriity, so even if only one Ninja dislikes the term "to Ninja", we must for his/her sake not use the word. In this case the majority needs to be more sensitive to the minority even if that minority is represented by only one person.

Now, just to complicate things unnecessarily, what if all the Ninja's in the world like the term but non-ninja's think the term is offensive to Ninja's? Well, then I suppose the term should not be used because it is offensive to Ninjas, even though no Ninjas are offended by the word.
