Yes it's a privilege to be a man, although of course we miss out on a lot of stuff too, like periods, pregnancy and bras; y'know boobs are a wonderful thing, the bigger the better, it's not like we have to carry them. Speaking of privileges do you know even today there's many private bars and clubs that cater exclusively to men, now I'm not talking about the middle east (where it's the rule not the exception) I mean in places like Europe, England, the United States, even Australia.

I don't think the consensus would agree that men are better looking than the gentler sex; however, the fact that women are better looking is just another reason that it's great to be a man. After all, which person would you prefer to be good-looking: yourself or the person you're having sex with?

As for a story of when life favored me because of my gender? Anytime I've needed to pee, I suppose. Somebody determine how much time we save being able to pee standing up and how many times an average man pees in his life, then calculate how many more years of life than a woman a man enjoys because of this advantage.

Personally, I find the clowning around to be anything but amusing. After all, this is a forum for deep, profound, intellectual stimulation is it not?

Yes, it is a man's world and women just have to deal with it. I think the biggest advantage of being a man over a woman is the fact that I have more things that I can "control" in my life. Man traditionally seeks out a woman and that makes finding a mate easier than a woman would be able to. Also because men are physically stronger, there are some activities such as lifting that the average woman cannot do.

I've tried thinking about the best part of being a woman and I can't think of anything, mainly because I'm not a woman and I don't know.

Until recently, I was never aware of how common misogyny and sexism are. I experienced them in the past of course, but I thought it was outside the norm in western cultures. It is profoundly disappointing to learn otherwise. I had always believed that rational people regarded the genders as equal based on our intellectual equality. Maybe not.
