Do you feel INTPs like to do online tests more than other types?

Why or why not?

Are we the type that likes to do online tests the most?

Do you feel an irresistible urge to do online tests, despite feeling that they are a waste of time?

Heh I do.

Tests on Facebook ARE mostly a waste of time, I signed up on okcupid just to take their tests, which can be quite fun.

Some friends of mine discovered the Facebook MBTI test, and I spent most of that night correcting the results.

"Uhh, no actually you're an ENFP."

"Fuck no, you're so not an F, you're an ESTJ."

By online tests, are you strictly meaning real, non silly ones? Or any test in particular? I prefer the real tests to the "quick laugh" test any day. I don't know if INTPs spend the most time on online tests than any other type, but we might be the type that spends the most on the computer....so I suppose that would leave the urge to take the tests. I find it hard to resist the temptation of taking online tests, even though many could be unreliable and a waste of time, but it's interesting to see the results. I'm learning which test sites are more accurate than others.

I think your experience has been coloured by Facebook-type "non-serious" tests. Some "non-serious" tests on other sites can be quite well written.
