You think functions are separate things like separate weapons one can choose to use! This is not true. Functions are beacons on a spectrum!
The balanced xNTP with Ti & Ne in equal amount is not better/smarter than an ENTP or INTP, its just at a different position!
I can explain this better to you:
Lets say Ne is the equator and Ti is the north pole.
The extreme Ti is very close to the north pole and the extreme Ne is close to the equator.
A person in the middle xNTP is just in the middle. It simply has less north pole and less equator.
But you are talking as if the person in the middle has both the equator and the north pole as 2 weapons in his mind, while others have only 1. This is not true! He is just at a different position! Everyone is just a pinpoint somewhere, regardless of where you put the beacons (like north pole)
The order of functions is just the order of proximity to the beacons we have defined in the total spectrum

And P.S. where did I ever say that Ti is the only intelligence? I said the opposite: all are intelligent in their own way.
My admixture description kind of says the complete opposite of your characterization of my assertions, and I have given up the notion of "using" functions a few months ago. The psyche is always multifarious and dynamic and something whose constellations of functions light up and work as they will.
My position is that we all are formed by all functions all the time, and that our conscious standpoint is like the window out of which we are able to look to see what is happening. We never see everything our vehicle does or passes, but we can look out the window to see good enough to drive. Sometimes we don't see everything in our vehicle, so our shadow in the back seat can sometimes turn into personal assistants, annoying passengers, or even hijackers. They operate in the background most of the time, but sometimes they interrupt our journey and force us to look at something different.
The thing about your model is that it does not acknowledge the corrupting push and pull of our lesser, and even unconscious, functions. You already gave me Ne. Now cede to me all eight functions.
