There are two types of days:
Type One: Wake up 5 minutes to an hour before my alarm goes off, even though I probably went to bed at midnight or 2, and am waking up sometime from 5 to 6. Still, I will feel completely awake, get up and make coffee, then go about the day, using the extra time in the morning to do something I've wanted to do but haven't had time for, like reading. Usually this type is characterized by not having to think very much while waking up, and with occurring when things are "going well".
Type Two: I don't wake up. At all. Nobody can wake me, not even by throwing water on my face. I sleep through all alarms, until noon or even ~2 pm, and I miss things I am supposed to go to. This type is characterized by a long waking up period, in which apathy predominates. It typically occurs when progress is stagnated, which is incidentally when insomnia also occurs, leading to the other iteration of this type, in which I just don't sleep for days.
Very rarely do I experience anything in-between, so I just aim to make it a good type one day.
