For the record, the ass trumpet banner was a joke. Who in their right mind would actually use that as a banner? And don't say "NoID10ts" because I am not in my right mind.

The one I submitted today was a serious one though. But as I have pointed out before, this thread has been going for over a year and I see little chance of this forum ever having a banner. what could be more INTP?

Here is an idea for the banner that doesn't involve ass trumpets. LoR suggested something with an Escher design so I went with that. If there is any interest I can make adjustments to it pretty easily.

(this is the third incarnation of it since I first posted it. I keep seeing flaws)

I actually sort of like this one. It's too big, though. I'm not quite sure what the maximum width that would work is, but I know it's not more than 800px.

It's very easy to resize. The other one is 1024px wide. Here is one that is 800px wide.

EDIT: It might even need to be a bit smaller than this.

Jesin, why not just put it up and see how the others react. A very non INTP thing to do but I can feel my long hidden J emerging - just do it! It would be fun to see what the others say

Regarding the banner: Jesin or lor, i would suggest just use this last idea as the banner, there probably won't be anyone who would ask you to delete it agin, even though they might have been against it beforeit went there...Does this make sense? Just do it, will be alright.

So. I really like the banner. But you know, once it's up it sort of closes a door, and that's scary. Aren't we all having so much more fun imagining all the banners we could possibly have?

Why can't we have revolving banners? Since NoI (I love this; it sounds like 'no hay' - very appropriate) has put such time and creativity into his banner, I think we should display it for at least a period of time. This shouldn't stop others coming up with their versions which can be posted later.
