i'm still not sure what the hell "a head that changed with the times" means though. is that some reference to my hair?

anyway, i'm terrible at these things. i never notice anything about the actual users --- not their avatar, their user title, or in many cases even their username. i usually acknowledge who is speaking based on their avatar within a thread, but that's just so that i know which ideas are coming from the same person, and not necessarily who's talking, if that makes any sense. bleh.

A head that changes with the times, yet they keep their feet on the ground

Head the changes was a reference to the hair, and 'feet on the ground' should seem obvious in light of her name.

they have no qualms with cannibalism.

User title.

although a deceptive lizard, there are many who have seen their true face.

Old avatar (Brontosaurus is more commonly called Apatosaurus in the paleontology community, which means 'deceptive lizard') and true face because she has made a lot of youtube videos.

I'm going with the Flow!

Neither rock nor metal, neither salt nor lemon.

Neither salt nor lemon...so not salty or sour but perhaps sweet? I'd say Sugarpop but the pop doesn't relate to anything and I don't see how the first part of the riddle works.

hmmm....

Neither rock nor metal. If I'm going with materials then my mind leaps to wood but if it's music then my mind leaps to jazz or alternative or maybe indie of some sort.

GAH! I just don't know!

Alright!

The mausoleum lies disused, but once housed the prey of a master sleuth... he has left this line of work, the holes in his net grown too wide to ensnare.

Thank heaven for poetic license...

Am I the only one who's surprised no one has taken the username Moriarty? I have no idea on this one... I want to say Noddy for the second part, but I never thought of him as a MASTER sleuth ;)

Snowqueen. Her avatar of the snow heart is still one of my favorites.

Cryptonia/Fullerene it is. The 'master sleuth'/net thing was a reference to his avatars.

Pick a riddle. :D

I'll get to another riddle in a bit. The rhinoceros that is my attention span doesn't want to make one right now. I find I do better when I do what the rhino says.

A cypher - one of two... also a muse to the maddest of mad-scientist minds....

OreSama? Not a cypher that I'm aware of... more of a cyborg. Still, seems to fit the rest. One of two = this account + Artifice Orisit. Can be very muse-like. :borg:

Baudelaire without evil intent.

Kidege? I love her poetry, and I can't think of a single time she's been anything but supportive to others (at least anyone who played nice).

This one will either be really easy, or really hard.

Can be described by a single, one syllable adjective.

I change my answer to Fleur. Just read the wikipedia page on Baudelaire and Les Fleurs du mal. Apparently lor is more well read than I :slashnew:
