One day I was chewing gum
Thinking about Allah and all his divinity
Mohamed is choking on my cum
He makes me horny as I rape the trinity

One day I started to go numb
Thinking about Allah and infinity
Mohamed is choking on my cum
He makes me horny while I rape the trinity

One day I pretended to play dumb
Pretending to know Allah and his divinity
Mohamed is choking on my cum
He makes me horny while I rape the trinity

I will have no respect for dogmatists. I get pleasure out of offending them, and the desire for pleasure needs no justification.

You are a veritable hedonist, amorfati.

Respect aside, I cannot post something like that poem since it is illegal in my jurisdiction - sedition by causing ill will between different races/religions.

Thank you...

It's strange how "worth" is a tool we all abuse. "I value my beliefs, it's very worthy, do not play with it." "I value my tradition, do not desecrate it." "I value my family, do not harm them." "I value my freedom, do not stop me." We value things out of so many reasons, this "value" we place creates this "sword of conflict", yet still it's important---it moves us.

I believe the conflicts of people's differing subjective worth must be balanced and having a proper "line" of equality---limiting freedom on one, giving more freedom on many. This general thing can have many roots such as money, power, status...the problem is putting a number in each of the several freedoms and identifying them.

The problem with THAT is the minority dies for the majority.

Seriously, it is so illogical. I mean, if we draw pics of mohommad, we are already going to hell according to Islam because we don't believe. So why does it matter?

What exactly is blasphemy, why do they get so upset when someone who doesn't have anything to do with them does something like that? I guess it is a clash of cultures where one questions everything and the other questions seemingly little. I mean, they feel obligated to protect mohommad's name, but they aren't supposed to idolize him, only God, so isn't that contradictory?

If my purpose for joining that group was to bash Islam, then there are many better ways of doing that. Just like there are many ways of bashing Christianity than insulting Jesus.
The point of this group is to advocate free speech, and to show that we're not going to let fear of terrorists get in the way of free speech.

This is not necessarily true. Islam teaches that final judgments are suppose to rely exclusively from Allah(or God). The outline on "discipline" and "right way" is defined but the "Individual end" is never definite. Although, that may also not be true since interpretations vary.

So why does it matter?
"Matter" is subjective. Why do clothes matter? Why do lives matter? It's not necessarily "Illogical"; it's just principles or values. It is what's beyond the bourn of logic.

"Is living logical?"

What exactly is blasphemy, why do they get so upset when someone who doesn't have anything to do with them does something like that? The importance of Mohammad represents the importance of the difference between this religion and the other "religions of the book". It's "If you cannot respect the messenger, you will not be able to understand."

I don't understand why faces must be "sacred" though. What I do know is that it's like someone messing with your favorite show---just in a greater extent. It brings purpose in life, which is generally beneficial, yet it leaves you with a handicap.

The act of placing so much worth on something is both dangerous and motivating.

You could say it's the "extremism" of their culture. The reactions of "death threats"
is definitely contradictory.

I just wonder if this "Draw X Day" will bring lesser hostility or will only do worse. "Insult" as a game is not an ideal but if it teaches people to be less aggressive then it's worth the disrespect.

The point of this group is to advocate free speech, and to show that we're not going to let fear of terrorists get in the way of free speech.

Specifically, the subcategory of freedom of speech that is to invade/insult other's "sacred" values. It is the cross of different values from different cultures.

Freedom of speech is not always a good thing; it involves freedom to lie, deceit, mock, proclaim war etc. In this condition, however, perhaps the result would be appealing to the general population. "Death Threat" is a bigger danger than mere insults.

The "battle" is at least not a bloody one.

Because they want to 1. accelerate your journey there 2. prevent you from dragging The Faithful along.

Hmm...I think part of the problem is that Islamic art forbids the depiction of living things.

the old paradox - when does asking someone not to lay their trip on me become me laying my trip on them?

re religion - externally imposed belief structure to codify a) things not understood b) social interaction; ends up being people fighting over imaginary friends

When I'm drinking yes I am!

After sobering up and reading that poem, I felt a momentary tinge of shame, but it passed and I'm not going to take it back.

I do not have hatred within me towards religious people for believing what they do, anymore than I would have hatred for atheists or nihilists or whoever for believing what they do. My hatred directs itself towards people who enslave other with their ideals and threaten violence if they don't comply. When that line has been crossed, I lose myself to hate and the only way it can be satiated is if I imagine their complete fucking destruction (at least when I'm drinking). Basically, that poem I wrote was like my John Hancock on the declaration of independence.

So actually it's not even hedonism now that I think about it, but it's opposite, idealism.

I find it supremely ironic that so many people (especially religious people) want to piss off Muslims by drawing Mohammed, yet fail to consider that they too have their buttons that can be pushed oh so easily... Case in point: PZ Myers crucified the Eucharist (a blessed cracker that's supposed to represent the body of Christ), documented the whole affair and posted it online. He ended up getting death threats and more hate mail than you can imagine - all because he drove a nail through a cracker and threw it in the garbage with some Bible pages wrapped around it. Hypocrisy is fun, ain't it?..

The people who find the draw Muhammad thing amusing would also find the cracker thing amusing is my guess. I do.

People formalize and traditionalize religion too much, I think. It just leads to problems.

bah.. There is no need to agree with the religious nuts.. whether they are christians or muslims, but if drawings results in people going crazy, and other people will die because of it, then what exactly did you achieve by this bragging?
concider that actions will have consequences. . .

I do think that good can come out of it. It is not just ballsy thoughtlessness to draw Muhammad. Freedom of expression is very valuable, and it is worth a few lives to advance it. Cartoon drawings of Muhammad do not advance freedom of expression in the short term, but they advance it in the long term, and the following argument will explain why.
  1. The killing associated with cartoon drawings of Muhammad is a very socially embarrassing behavior at the expense of Islam, especially fanatical strains of Islam.
  2. Muslims will be more likely to strongly discourage such violence if such violence happens, or else they will not gain new recruits.
  3. Therefore, either fanatical strains of Islam or the whole religion of Islam (or both) will bear the cost of tolerating violent behavior.
  4. This will hasten a progression of religious evolution, and it is far better than future generations remaining fearful of extremist Islamic violence.
