I have been questioning the type of FacetiousPersona and began to wonder how others may perceive hir, when I realized it would be more efficient and accurate to simply ask.
I have an unhealthy obsession with those who may be misunderstood, outcasts, or troubled and I need to compile all available data and ultimately understand their psyche, so I humbly implore you to feed my compulsion and put my mind to rest. I appreciate any and all considerate answers and thank those individuals who do take the time to help me.

What MBTI type do you believe FacetiousPersona to be?

Why do you believe this/ how did you come to this conclusion?

I think you're ENTP, by the way, although we've been through this already and it isn't relevant to the topic.

Face is INTP with the confidence of a J, judging by its posts. I do not think ESFP/J is at all likely. I have posted about this elsewhere as well.

1. Spends a lot of time online - unusual for E.
2. Draws many appropriate analogies - strong N
3. Posts are almost entirely devoid of a self-referrent. The sentences appear to come from a completely detached and objective robot mind. Possibilities, not opinions, are stated.
4. Incisive, trenchant analysis - very strong Ti, which is concerned with naming, categorising and the drawing of conceptual boundaries/defining definitions.
5. Dismal Fe. Heh. This explains the "insults" - merely Ne and and untempered Ti taking over.

Face has a very distinct flavour. Very strong preferences, I think. (Face would word this "The preferences appear to be very strong" - attaching itself to a thought is pretty much unread-of.) Alternatively it could be a very intelligent ESFJ under strong and continual stress - ie its shadow functions are on display.

Your hypothesis is certainly possible, Extraversion could be reflected in the amount Face had originally posted (40 per day) and the amount of time that they spend on this forum could be assumed to be a product of E as well.
If they were in an isolated external environment Extraversion could be displaced into web-based activities that would allow them to fulfill thier need for social conduct.

I agree with your general thesis, this was the type I considered the most appropriate. However I am slightly perplexed that no one has considered the possibility of them being a Sensor... Though they make many appropriate analogies I believe they are at very least a borderline N as they demonstrate many behaviours and preferances that could potentially be linked to a Sensor.

The intent of my inquiries lay far beneath the apparent surface motives and have deeper incentive than the question may originally imply, have you ever wondered what sets the outcast apart from thier standardized environment or why others are so ready to disallow capable individuals to fulfill thier potential if said individuals exibit a habit they consider unsavory; be it beneficial or not. (Such as young children and bullying nerds in schools.)
Further scrutiny has bolstered my ability to recognize several reasonable conclusions. ( Yes, I have done research as well)
I just need a simple answer to a simple question because the wider the speculation the more accurate the inquiry. When I am ready I will uncover further rationale for my odd questions.
For now, just understand that this is how I operate and I need privacy of my further schema in order for me to apply myself to it fully.

I actually suspected Face of being S at one point, because its posts were extremely focused on specific details. But I believe this is better attributed to strong Ti and the typical INTP rapier-like precision.

What reasons do you have for thinking Face is a Sensor?

You could have stated the same regarding feeling opposed to thinking. Perhaps there is a personal reason for you targeting sensing instead of feeling as an opposite possibility.

I used to think I might be S as well because of that. It really isn't solely an S trait however. Ts are very interested in facts. Remember INTPs are dominant T, not N. Facts are facts - abstract "possibilities" that negate these facts are not possibilities. Extrapolating from facts to various possibilities - that's N.

No problem - I'm pretty creepy about it myself.

Personal reasons? Perhaps... I attempt to be considerate of how much our subconscious can potentially hide from us and am always suspicious of my own motives.

Face often seems to be seeking immediate indulgence and can occasionally act rashly despite probably being an Introvert, this is a behavior I have mentally documented in several sensors that I am aware of; particularily SP's. Se is the secondary function in ISTP's and appears to be correspond with many of Faces behaviours, which allows me to consider it a rational possibility.

Hahaha, well I actually agree with you; though I may not be quite as certain.

I am well aware that downplaying your capabilities and guiding others into considering you less accomplished than you may be is an intricate part in manipulating the average person.
The key to being successful at it rests in your ability to gain trust while simultaneously creating an illusion that others can believe, I have practiced this and am fully aware of it's effectiveness. But I'm not entirely convinced that Face is doing this, although I believe that they may have an overarching plan they also seem to be a lot more straight-forward than others give them credit for.

Oh, and I'm not manipulating anybody on this forum; this is a place for my mind to rest and for me to experiment with ideas instead of illusions.
The proof of this is in the fact that I revealed that I practice it in RL, I would never mention the possibility otherwise as it destroys any possibility of further deception.

I don't care who wants what. I don't care who likes who. And I am tired as fuck of people who can't see past their own selfish desires and recognize that they're surrounded by other people. People with ambitions, people with feelings, people who just want to be understood and accepted. We sit there and we insult, we yell, we fight, while in our mind we dehumanize our opponents and we force ourselves to believe that they somehow personify evil, because we can't accept that we're attacking another half decent human being.
Afterward we complain about how the entire world is screwed up, and deny that there is anything that we can do about it.
I fully understand that as individuals what we do means very little, that if we choose to do the respectful thing it will have little to no impact on the overall schema, but why is it that everybody uses this as an excuse to continue their arrogant reprisals and ignorant motives?
I'm tired of people attempting to prove how much better they are than others, and I'm tired of the fact that I don't always follow my own advice...

Could it be because they fear what others will do with the knowledge they may acquire. What happens if you're completely honest with everybody and you tell the truth regardless of situation, will they think of your needs or will they use this information to establish dominance over you? Will they be honest back or will they continue their deceit?
...Now why would they do this? Are they evil?
No... they fear the same things you fear, the uncertainty that you cause, the possibility that you will do exactly what they are doing to you, and they are choosing to act before you can, to diminish the pain you could cause, and to ensure that they are not hurt by your actions. Their survival instincts have trumped their humanity, and until trust is formed, any community will slowly crumble under the pressures that this vicious circle can cause.

I just want people to recognize this before they choose to start a fight.
