can you figure out the message ive hidden in this 'poem'

I know whats going on
Still cant believe it
Love the way its not hidden
You still cant see
-Because Eternity Can Conceal All
(note this line is not part of the code only an indication that there is a hidden message)"if only you could see, the messages ive hidden for thee"

it was very easy, i put it up on my facebook hoping that people would get it and deliver the message to the right person. What needs to be edited? Also everyone should post a hidden message type thing! I personally enjoy cracking codes

If you are trying to reconcile something this seems a bad idea. If she doesn't respond is because she doesn't want to or didn't get it? Best to just be straight up about it so you know it was understood and where she stands. Otherwise you'll just torture yourself. Also if she doesn't get it and someone shows it to her she might felt dumb, which won't probably would make her less receptive.

Unless she is a code freak, in which this is probably just the thing.

thank you for the advice! But the situation is deeper than it appears. I am simply using a code because it allows me to get my thoughts and emotions(she isnt on my friends list so the only way she will see it is if a friend decodes it and passes it along) out while keeping it a secret from her boyfriend and ex fiance (my best friend).

Yeah, they will probably assume you did that by mistake. If I saw a friend write that on facebook, I'd assume the poem was an internal joke/ reference, quote, attempt at becoming a poet or I wouldn't really care.

I like codes, but the chance that someone is actually writing a code instead of what mentioned above is very unlikely.
