Uh...no idea. It might have something to do with my strong Fi (I test as INFP many times) - I actually had a post written out last night, but then there was a database error...

For justice/equity, my family always stressed the importance of giving everyone an equal chance - the whole "you can't judge a book by its cover" sort of deal. They always told me to remain level-headed and see things objectively, so I sort of internalized those notions and try to carry on with them now. Same deal with mercy - it's better to give someone a second chance; there may have been extenuating circumstances or things you might not have known about, so it's better if you can see someone's actions again. For humility...no idea. My family never really stressed it...I just don't like drawing attention to myself, and I think that doing a task is good enough (although recognition for it doesn't hurt either ).

How do you do it? Those are my top weaknesses.

Though this question wasn't addressed to me I thought I would reply to it as well.

This test wasn't measuring weakness, but your strongest points. Further it doesn't seem to me to provide a very good comparative. If brenchpress was your strong point and sprinting is your lowest strength, while they are reversed for me, you might still be a better sprinter than me.

Mental and life conditioning happens with time and practice, just as physical conditioning does.

A person can likely cultivate whatever strengths they desire with enough time and effort, but likely the five strengths happen most naturally for you. I envy your "get it done" strength for example .
