i've enjoyed reading this forum for quite some time now after learning about the mbti about a half year ago now. i've come back to check on it from time to time and definitally get a kick out of a lot of the threads. i figured it is time to put down some roots and stay awhile.... so here goes.

im from the midwest, suburb of the twin cities minnesota. im going to school in madison wisconsin to get a masters in industrial engineering. my primary focus will be on optimization applied to the electric power industry. I just got my undergrad degree for uw-madison last spring in applied mathematics.

ive got two intj friends who i have had many mbti related conversations. one went to my high school so we have had a good time typing a lot of kids from our old class.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys.... especially you melkor, that made me feel all warm inside. and I open the door to any puns you feel may be coming... might as well get them out of the way early.

Nice toast video.... as for me I prefer a toast with some character, thus rulling out white. wheat is good, but can be surpassed by some multigrain breads. isnt diversity great.

@da blob - minnesota is a great state... i will prolly end up living most my life there. the beauty is only surpassed by the people around. For me, I feel a more laid back atmosphere than I do in most cities, especially comparing to chicago and new york. All the while the city is big enough to be filled with opportunity.
