People will invariably switch context all of the time in order to achieve better perfection (Zai) or incorporate new ideas (Nez), or refresh engaged dynamics (Xyy/Zyy), etc. In fact, that is the only way for language and communication to function properly. For example, you state that I should "Interpret that what is being said by the context it was supposed to be in by the writer". I cannot interpret that what is being said by the context it was supposed to be in by the writer because when I interpret that what is being said by the context it was supposed to be in by the writer, the context embedded within the context it was supposed to be in by the writer must change in order to incorporate new words, phrases, ideas, etc into the conversation. Now, you could argue that I don't meet back with the other person enough, and that it would help my game and overall impression and efficiency greatly. But alterations are a necessity, as you can see.
