Sometimes I can start a new thread and other times I get a screen that tells me my topic has to be approved. I don't understand this. Especially, seeing as we have repeat threads and all.

Is it a glitch or does this apply to certain sub forums?

It is a glitch in vBull software. All forums are unmoderated, and all user-groups [ with a couple of exceptions who have no users within them at present ] are set to 'follow forum moderation rules'. Therefore no post should be moderated.

The last even applies to new registered users since we have suspended moderating initial posts.

This --- deeply annoying to mods who would rather be doing something other with their time --- glitch only applies to posts with urls within. Most such posts pass without signalling. I suspect that urls simply pasted or placed within the 'Insert Link' bar are usually safe. However, when validating your recent post I saw [ url ] [ /url ] around the link which is not always present. It may be something to do with one of the hacks, although not the recent ones since this problem existed prior to Ragnar's upgrade and installation of many hacks.

It's... annoying.
