Schooling based on MBTI?

Would this be a good idea? I don't like the idea of separation by a generalization, but it doesn't sound too bad with the whole educating process, assuming that a good percentage of a single type learn similarly, we could have not only better ways of learning but also instill an innate understanding of one's self.

Don't ask how this would be set up. I'm not considering the process of its coming to be, but rather the hypothetical idea itself and the benefits or the disadvantages.

there is no need to place a wrong theory into the middle of the process of assigning tasks with corresponding gifts. just because you can make a big mistake, doesn't mean you have to (albeit society seems to disagree, in general). just allow students to choose their interests and choose them based on their grades/performance, a compromise of both.


or if you are thinking about the style of teaching: a teaching should be presented so it's appealing to all learning types, that's quite possible with computers. visualized, movie, written, auditory, building up step by step, big picture first, reverse engineering, analysis.... these can be combined as possibilities into an interactive 'flash' presentation. this way the student "must" find his own way into the teaching. it guarantees mental engagement and typological authenticity thereof. the student would have to ask himself "what do i have to look at next, in order to deepen my understanding?" - this creates a meta-understanding of how his understanding works (best). he learns how to learn.

I think it would be a mistake to seperate the different personality types as it would create individuals who are intolereant of oppposing people plus it would restrict school kids from expanding their personality and knowledge in many fields. I do think however that school children should take regular MBTI tests and the teacher should adapt their teaching style accordingly.

On topic.
I think implementation of MBTI can be done into a "new made system". But the problems that will occur will pile up quickly. And all that while typology is in it's beginning phase.

However if I would be very optimistic here, I think typology should and will be implemented in the "near" future. Probably by some AI. That I made.
