Hey fellow INTPs. Whenever I'm creating a character in a game, or a profile online, I take forever on the "username" part. I've dubbed you, us, the καταθεωρίτης (katatheorites); from the ancient Greek word καταθεωρέω meaning to observe and contemplate. For me, the initial few letters 'kata' bring to mind martial arts kata, giving this word a connoted meaning of "those who bring artful form to the act of observing and contemplating". Thus explaining my attached imagery of Jet Li doing 360's, kicking and slashing with a sword, with long bearded ancient Greek toga-men looking down on him from the heavens in dignified approval.

I've already seen many cool things whilst browsing this forum, and look forward to learning more and hopefully contributing here and there.

hey there. I also hate the username part. How can you possibly be expected to commit to something of that importance to your character unless you know exactly how the game will unfold and how you will end up playing it?

I'm pretty quick and nonchalant with usernames.

Recently I had a conversation with a geophysicist who told me that yes, well witching (i.e. detecting flux in the planet's EM field which indicates a nearby aquifer) is completely within the scope of human ability even though I thought it was a total myth.
