Yet another unoriginal introduction thread

Hey,

I'm sure you're utterly fed up of reading these introductory threads now, so I decided to jump on the bandwagon and write one just for you

---

I'm a male student in a typical (= crappy) English secondary school :(. I love anything technology-related, but take an interest to any other random thing that happens to be intellectually stimulating, which turns out to be an exceptionally large problem when researching on Wikipedia: Ive had Firefox run out of memory and crash many times after opening up hundreds of tabs that I deemed to be "mildly interesting". (of course these in addition to all the other typical INTP traits)

I had always known that somehow I was different to everyone else around me, ever since I was five or six. I suppose I tried to fit in with everyone else, and I daresay that I did a pretty good job until one or two years ago. It was then when I realised that keeping this more extroverted side of me up whilst I was at school and such was taking a huge strain on me, unlike everyone else.

I can't actually remember exactly when or where I was first introduced to the MBTI. I remember taking a (very inaccurate, mind you) online test which somehow managed to class me as an ISTJ *shudder*. I still don't know quite how that happened, but since then after reading many descriptions of the personalities (of varying accuracy and depth) it is apparent that I am an INTP. :D

I found this excellent community from typelogic.com several months ago, I've been lurking around here since then. I've also been around (passively) on IRC. Hopefully, after looking around and settling in, I might come out from my dark corner and talk a bit more.

(As an aside, I think this makes me the youngest member of the forum? I've just turned 14. :p)

14? I don't think you're the youngest, probably one of the younger ones though.

I wish I had realized I was an INTP at age 14...

Anyways, welcome :)

Haha, thanks for the welcomes :)

Well I'm hoping to become more active (if you can draw me out of my shell) and I haven't seen any INTPs younger than me on here, so I'm assuming that if there are any, then they're lurking around just like I was :p

Anyway yeah... I'm terrible at talking about myself, so it feels really weird and self-centered using so much of the first person in one post :D

Boy! You sure got unlucky, all those low grade members in your greeting thread (Not you ducky, *pats*)

ahem. As for me, I'm currently torn between making the usual hateful introduction, or making something etxra'deviant for you oh-member of the hated English.

I'll get back to you on that.

Melky, you poor deluded soul. Not everyone who lives in England is actually English :D

Here, have a cookie. There's no catch  *throws Melkor a curiously shaped cookie*

I think we've had younger, but they get so old so fast

If you're going to feed Melkor cookies just be prepared for all the drooling and hypnotic staring such acts elicit. And maybe ask your parents if they mind such a foul pet.
