Just spent five minutes running through all the passwords I have used in the past three years and guess what? One of them worked :). So, I got married in my absence (can somebody tell me whether I 'got' married is correct grammar? Every time I say it I cringe).

I'm completing a Math Degree. I love telling people that because of the look you get in return. I feel (look at me 'feeling' how quaint) so much better about life than I did at school and unwed. It's amazing how much a decently relationship can do for your happiness. Just have always come back and had a look at what's been going on here. I like the online test section & the neatly sorted forum. makes me smile every time. Hopefully I'll do a little less creeping and a little more talking this time around!

i take it, you got married to the reindeer girl? because she joins communities in her absence, too, so that would have been an ideal marriage. i'm never present at marriages and they seem to go even more smoothly as a result. 'i got married' sounds like i got sold into slavery, whereas i think the typical saying is WE got married, as in we got to be joined by a higher holon. a matter of visualisation/perspective, not grammar. "i married X" sounds slightly weird as well. both partners have to be involved.

math degree?

*weird look*

You just mind fucked me. I thought it was some kind of odd reaction to the combination of the the hour of day, your dp & style of writing and then I confirmed it. Wow I feel weird.

I would have liked to marry the reindeer girl but that's currently illegal due to the fruitless nature of the union belittling the integrity of marriage, unlike adultery & spousal abuse, in a way I am not yet able to grasp...

It'd only be a little weird age wise also...

No, I am stuck with a big blonde guy who falls asleep ANYWHERE!

Adultery already? Don't let your husband find out.

Bonus if you're posting this during your honeymoon.

Marry me nanook :beatyou::beatyou::beatyou:

More Aussies, yay. :D

I do remember you (or perhaps your avatar....dunno), and welcome back. And congratulations. On the marriage thing, I mean.

And I'll stop starting sentences with and now. Or Cog will zornk me with his virtual x-ray gaze.

Whenever you need me-time, you can just pop in here. We'll leave you alone until you violate one of our principles.

Otherwise we'll just go about violating each other as usual while you watch.

That sounded exactly like I wanted it to sound.

*With lightning speed, whacks nanook between eyebrows and dresses him in wedding gown*

-Hm. Better than the last one.

-Oi, sheepie. Look, I got him married!

:D

-Hm. He's wriggling a lot. What to do? What now? We seem to have a communication problem. If only he wasn't squirming so much....ah, damn....what has this marriage come to?!!

what is all the violence? this isn't necessary to own me, let's just skip official ceremonies. you do remind me of the gal from the dexter show, Julia Stiles. the looks and that feeling of being hit by a heavy flashlight

Julia who?

Oh, right.

Hmmm.

Sorry for whacking you, I just didn't want to use the pointy end of my sword.

Er....we'll have to move to the oubliette if you prefer unceremonious behaviour....

*is now extremely self-conscious of derail*

You two trying to tempt sheepie into a threesome of a mindfuck now? Is her husband aware of these extracurricular activities you are luring her to engage in with you?

Ahh. Who cares.

*Sets up camera* (this is a public show right?)
