What's good?

I downloaded some software for WinXP that will clear all Windows History at the click of a button ... been doing what I can to avoid the behemoth hard disk corrupter that is "AVG PC tune up"...

...annnnd it cleared all of my bookmarks, preferences, search engines, and add-ons in Firefox.

oh wait, that sucks. I have lost all my half-finished reading material including Salmoneus' thread on mind-control and the link to making semen-piss pheromones (and my links to pages which consist of manual registry tweaks, another effort to avoid AVG)
^Translates as: "What's good? I just found a good reason to switch to Linux!" :D

Finally having a little bit of time to readjust my perspective, and come with a plan on how to tackle a complicated and challenging dilemma.

Eating a late in season ripened thai mango from one of my trees ^_^

And it tastes good too!

1. Secured some voluntary labor from my cousin to help shovel out the horse barn and transfer manure to the garden. :twisteddevil:

2. Got a sweet deal on all the plants I'll ever need for this year. I'm doubling the size of the garden to 1250 square feet, maybe 1500.

My farmer's tan in about 2 weeks:

I've got to get going. Wife is getting ready. That's good. Maybe in an hour I can get out of here. I could leave her behind but she would complain. That would not be good.

why isn't anyone writing?

it's early morning here and you people are supposed to be from, like, other parts of the world. it should be day for you. you should be doing day things such as being awake and participating in the various discussions.

Fixed my vintage Realistic stereo! Made in 1979, I bought it at a garage sale a few weeks ago and it sounded horrible. Replaced a few capacitors and it sounds AWSOME! And lights up beautiful green display against a black background. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1400389907.721912.jpg

Nice. Last year I bought a 1976(?) Magnavox drum table at an auction for $5 not knowing what it was (and we'll continue singing it forever just because this is the song that doesn't end... :p) and I wet myself a little when I plugged it in and heard it for the first time. Pristine and LOUD. :D And then I wet myself again when I saw that one had just sold on Ebay for $600.
But it was too late. I'd already become attached. Now it's in the garage, keeping me company deep into long nights.:balance:

Yes, do tell.

hidden compartments in the house (in the walls, under the stairs and im even gonna put in my own modified plumbing parts for small compartments), im also gonna carve some pipes, make a bong out of plumbing parts and old lab equipment (i cleaned the lab equipment...a lot) and whatever nonsense strikes my fancy.

any suggestions would be great, i can work wood, plastic and metal. i also have access to a smelter and can cast parts.

edit: also what's good

That is a fine piece of stereo gear! So for what I gather, finding something to wet yourself over is "what is good"! Lol!

Dude I am very interested in this kind of stuff. I have made hidden interior rooms before and such... never owned a house though so everything I've built had to be temporary.. but it's interesting. I have ideas of course.

I want to do this too! Have you done much of it before? Pics?

It would probably be the only thing my garbage architecture degree would be useful for...

With the bong Idea. If you have a centered chimney you could insert piping/tubing that branches off from the chimney into each room. then at the bottom have the pipe coming out somewhere so you can insert bud without it interfering with the fireplace. And just like on a regular chimney you can have shutters/valve that you could manipulate from each room it goes to so you don't get wastage. Just remember to close them when you leave the room!

I recently decided to change my major to something I feel more passionate about. Time will tell if I'll be better off, but...

...that's what's good.

Can't believe I forgot about this. :D

Last week alone I picked 61 zucchini. If I don't eat the garden, I'm convinced it's going to eat me.

Just woke from a morning nap, after spending all night doing an assignment.
Currently eating cold peaches in the sun.

What's good?

I don't have money hence I am free from the shackles of consumerism, no longer subject to base material desires except for the ones my parents help me satiate. That's what's good.

What's good?

Interesting. How can limiting your options make you more free? Is it the act of drinking, or its nature and frequency that makes an alcoholic? Does denying one alcohol most importantly save him from alcoholism or prevent him from enjoying an aspect of life?

Found a thing but we're currently looking info up to know more about the thing and might also go back for definitive analysis of thing; a semi decent discovery which had already been discovered before. Feels like we have made progress, so that's always good. Probably behind schedule though.
