The Descendents, The Story So Far, Neck Deep, The Tower and The Fool and Five Finger Death Punch are what I've mostly been listening to lately. I went to The Story So Far when they played in Australia during January this year - it was an incredible show.

On a slightly off topic note; this reminds me that gigs are the only place where I really feel comfortable approaching complete strangers. Definitely a different atmosphere there, people tend to be really understanding.. Anyone else find that as well?

New song, a nice one. I dont get to listen to many new good songs lately, but this one belongs to that little group.

^Agree. I just had a pessimistic moment after reviving The Doors for the first time in years. Reminded me of what distinguishes music from that era from current trends. Pure Nostalgia. And a bit of sorrow for the great Jim.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BABt8mZmKRw sorry i dont know how to make it look all proper. This is pretty pissed off music, which definitely stems from my sadness. It feels good to yell for me. Been pretty depressed for several months, i pretty much completely isolated myself from human beings, avoided people at all costs even my direct family. I've been chillen on the internet all day pretty much trolling and learning about consciousness per se like 9/11 conspiracies, gmos, fluoride all shit that makes me feel helpless an misanthropic because no one else would talk to me about it or show any interest. This avoidance definitely caused severe social anxiety, something to keep in mind avoiding people may be nice in the moment but in the long run its fuckin tragic. Yeah just trying to get myself back together, I hope going to college and meeting like minded friends helps. Though i kinda have a feeling i have to make amends with something, like rekindle a friendship i had since a kid. Like i have this feeling that its something here that i need to do before i can go an meet people with actually similar minds. My mom always tells me I cant get out of my own way and its pretty true. My relationship with my brothers is awfully shitty an that for sure can cause depressive like symptoms. This is all rather hard to articulate. This is rather unconventional way of voicing these feelings but im sure no ones gonna be too upset. Yea im pretty fucked up.

+ 1, though I've only heard a few albums of each. Suspect Polaris might also give a positive numerical of some sort. :cat:
