How much education do you seek? Are you going for a PhD? If you pursue anthropology or psychology (two of my favorite fields), you'll have to go much further than a BA in order to do anything with it. I voted for Biology, it's what I wish I would have gotten more into.

I am pursuing a Master's, I don't know about a PhD.

In case it helps, I think I am an NPTI (mostly intuitive, then perceptive, etc.).

I did alright in my Chinese courses, but I struggled with the tones and the characters. I did not enjoy my Chinese courses much. I did much better in my Spanish courses; I did very well in them and remember them as being some of my favorite courses. I enjoy creative writing and my English courses were alright. I did well in them but they bored me a lot. History was fun and I did well in my my history courses. My political courses and my math courses were alright but bored me. I did very well in them. My nutrition and weather courses bored me a lot and were some of my least favorite courses. I did very well in my nutrition course, less well in my weather course. I did alright in my logic philosophy course and I did well in my contemporary moral problems philosophy course. My logic philosophy course was alright but bored me, my moral problems philosophy course was one of my favorite courses. I did very well in my humanities course, and it was one of my favorite courses.

I voted for all of them on the basis that there is no other individual in the world qualified to tell you what you will and won't enjoy than yourself. Considering that apart from a heavy science bias you seem to have a wide variety of options available, it's easy to say that you're probably just drifting into higher education because it's something that's expected of you. Taking that into account, do what you personally enjoy.
